I'm not a jump roper just a martial arts dude but I am so impressed by her skills and how she matches it with music. Also she is so cute its unbelievable. But the short clips she has on you tube are so great and entertaining.
Holy cow. Just started jumproping a bit and i cant do anything footwork related besides a basic jump right now. You are one major inspiration for me starting youtube and trying to get back in shape. I appreciate all your videos. Keep up the great work
Im 46 and started jump rope, it is amazing how my health , looks and mindset have changed. I love your channel. Thank-you for sharing , I really appreciate it ❤.
Started jump rope and of course all of a sudden I’m inundated with jump rope vids. Started getting hers and thought Good one RUclips - you know I’m a guy and I’m straight - hey, at least it’s not slow-mode women jumping in the air and freezing for no reason. But I’m glad I finally clicked on one of these cause she provides quality info. Thanks.
I really love your RUclips tutorials and I take so much inspiration from you I have made up lots of routines and yeah I absolutely love watching you Lauren!
OMG!!! What the hell would I give - just for having a little cup of Nespresso with this very charming, tremendously gifted and beautiful young lady. Every movie from her is a marvellous and brilliant highlight. Congratulations in every sense!
I watched this footwork tutorial a year ago, tried it then gave up. Today, I started jumping again, and still learning the running on spot jump. But for some reason, I ended practicing without the rope doing the running man listening to music, and found my rhythm even after 1 year since following your video. The running man shuffle is helping me make progress with my running on the spot jump 😊. My next one to learn will be the boxer step, and in a years time maybe I will get this running man technique down 😅😊. Thank you
I like your videos snips for daily entertainment/motivation I’d like to see more breakdown tutorials …. & of course your short video clips are some super cool moves. Jump rope 👍🏼
Good workout and I am glad to see the younger people going at it with basic stuff we used to do back then, like this ! Basics I do not mean easy but simple enough to get great at it :). Great workout and keep up the good work. I got here looking at "it takes two" video from the 80's and stumbled on this nice person. Thank you :)
I’ve been roping for about 4 months with out any injuries (thankfully) when I first started roping i saw a lot of people do fancy tricks and was so impatient that I would get so frustrated with it and would cut my sessions short to about 10 mins. IF YOUR A BEGINNER please please please give yourself the patience and be nice to yourself to absolutely be adamant on finding your flow. Do yourself the favor of not injuring yourself. I recently started trying to do more advanced footworks and feel a bit of tightness in my ankles. Nothing serious. Definitely need to invest in a mat (if you can recommend one please let me know) I’m most definitely going to work slowly. You start to get so excited on learning new tricks. Most certainly because I have been doing 30 min sessions and time speeds so quick when your having fun. Also I have had ACL replacement and meniscus surgery. DO NOT LOOSE HOPE and take things at your own pace. I hope everyone enjoys roping as much as I do. Rope safely
Can’t believe a 57 year old engineer is watching jump rope videos, the real test of talent is when someone makes something difficult look easy, you are so entertaining… mesmerising. Q. Were you a good dancer before you learned jump rope.
Lauren, have you ever tried to shuffle dance and skip at the same time? Love your vids, you get me motivated and you make it look too easy. Makes me smile
Hello. I love the exercises and the technical breakdowns of footwork tutorials. But I also really like the editing. Are you editing the videos too? Nice work!!!!
Whew! You make it look so easy. I can barely do 50 skips on my good go. I get winded fast. Just started Monday. I'll have to revisit this later after I can do basics.
Hey yo! Loooooooooving your content and what you do! A real-life ninja in my eyes ^_^ On that note, I would like to request a weekly routine video where you show us what your diet and exercise schedule looks like and how someone can realistically reach your level! Wish you all the best!
Fun to watch somonent light on their feet. I had a stroke and am learning how to walk again.i see video of myself and in the mirror it is depressing after five years always needs work.
Im kinda stuck on starbucks instant. Im on the go a lot so it comes in handy, sorry! Still learning how to shuffle. Im 45 with bad knees and degenerative disc disease but im still going to do it. Im a very busy person!!!
Definitely going to get myself a Nespresso machine now! Not sure whether to go for the Stormio or the Melozio - will give it some thought while I'm tripping over my jump rope!
Omgosh, your pupper is sooo adorable!! 😍😃 Will you be writing a book about how you’ve done all this? You’re doing so well for yourself and I find you so inspiring!
Lauren. You are super cool. Unique. Great idea during the lock down. Plus, your vids are cool. Thanks. Haters are gonna hate. Ignore. Request for some Beasties and more EDM. Also, jumping rope is high impact. You may want to investigate footwear. I love running shoes, but court shoes may be better on the knees. Sorry. Not a doctor. Maybe you can put together something about footwear and leg protection?
Thank you 🙌 this is very useful and this is day #2 🤛🤜 should help my TKD kicks, age 51. Going to spare soon but need more cardio. Faster & better kicks. Fasting currently while practicing my high knee jump rope kicks. 👏👏
I'm not a jump roper just a martial arts dude but I am so impressed by her skills and how she matches it with music. Also she is so cute its unbelievable. But the short clips she has on you tube are so great and entertaining.
I just started jumproping because of you, you inspired me so much. I am 55 years old and I love it. With you all the best❤️
I'm a senior and a slow jump roper. I can't believe I.m drawn to your posts. I will practice these moves slowly and surely. Thank you!

Omg, the last variation has been the bane of my existence!!!😅 I'm so happy I found this tutorial!!! Lauren, youre amazing!!!❤
Hi Lauren! My running man sucks, these three variations really help figure out what I've been missing. Can't wait to test them out. Thanks!

I watch Lauren for the positive energy vibes she gives!

I have one request, that why don't you make more freestyle skipping tutorial, this video helped a lot, so please make more like this.

You are my inspiration and my role model I love your content. You’ve got me started to jump rope 4 days ago and I wanna say thanks 🙏🏼 😊
For a beginner like me these sort of videos are way better than the shorter TikTok style ones you do although I appreciate you get more $$$ for those.
Just ordered a rope with your code. It’s time I start taking care of myself again. I do hope I can do it.
