It's definitely a fun workout that kills your whole body. But it does take time and patience. I suggest any one starting start with a beaded rope. And jump for maybe 5min a day for may be 3 days a week till your body gets use to it to avoid injuries. Cause it is killer.

Es un placer comentarle a esta atleta tan capaz. Además de ser una dulzura de persona, tuve el honor de tratarla personalmente y darme cuenta de su competividad, combinada con un enfoque humanista.

I recently started jumping rope, and Im surprised because I would never have expected it to be so much fun. I also get so happy whenever I find ambitious people like Tori who keep showing that no matter how good you get you can always keep improving. The sky is the limit

Well, as a former boxer I thought I was pretty good at jumping rope and was even considering filming my own video and posting it on RUclips. However, after seeing how good she is I have decided that the world will never see me, LOL. She has taken jumping rope to a whole new level.

She is not getting complacent with that jump rope. When she jumps she's got that permanent smile on her face. She loves what she's doing and it shows. It's rare. I'm jealous.
