I’m 58 and love your jump rope vids. I haven’t jumped since elementary school. Your videos have inspired me to pick up again because you look like you are having so much fun. Thanks for taking the time to go public.
Lauren thanks. I'm like fifty years older than you. A couple years ago, I wanted to learn to shuffle dance, but my legs wouldn't cooperate. So I got out my jump rope and ten minutes later found there was something wrong with my knee. My doctor said it was a tear in my medial collateral ligament. Months later I restarted my daily exercises adding more leg exercises. I can now do a rudimentary T-step. But it is time to get back to the rope. SO....two warnings to all. 1 go slow and pay attention to your body. 2 from a friend of mine who always tried to be athletic and now has a metal knee...joints wear out, so take it easy. Last word, listen to your body, but still have fun.
I had been watching other athletes do fancy footwork and be speed masters with a rope. But I really appreciate your effort to sharing the methods of how to actually get there! Love your work and inspiration xoxo

Can’t imagine how you have gotten shape to jump rope at the pace & grace you do. You look fantastic, don’t appear to have an ounce of fat anywhere. I used to run & know you just don’t start running, you have to work you way up. Started walking two miles then jog, & finally ran. Then jog a mile & run a fast mile. Wish I was still able ( at 72 feel 102 ) keep it up. Watch you everyday, you blow me away at what all you do with a rope.

Hello Lauren. I'm right suited that you have got your self on You tube. It's just great news for you and me. What you are doing, makes you sounder in mind and like me, you can enjoy the music.
I like your tik-tok post. You bang out a quick, impressive routine, then it loops into where you started. It's all really incredible to watch. It goes so fast and it's so fun, I watch over and over. You are a true blessing. I hope you can visit schools and start the Lauren Jumps Club, where it leads to national competitions. Your tik-tok videos could be weekly challenges, where you post the latest routine and your jumpers try to copy your methods. Go for it Lauren; I mean, you have nothing to lose here and everything to gain. Take care.
Hi Lauren. I seen you about three weeks ago on RUclips shorts. Your videos are very addictive. Thank you for making me smile again 🙂. Keep on skipping and making folks SMILE. 💯

But now I am inspired to once again, after a cancer surgery, to try to get back in shape. You are one super cool girl with an amazing talent. Looking forward to more of your videos. 📖🛐✈️🐆
Saw you on shorts and was my first time seeing the dancing jump rope. You seem to be having a blast and seem very honest. Thanks for the vids and keep being happy!
Hi Lauren, I just wanted you to know that yes everyone has picked up a rope... My brother picked one up through it over one of the rafters in his loft and hung himself. He lost his wife and his business and ultimately his life. The worst part of this whole horrific experience was that because he died during covid, that was what the coroner put on the death certificate.. You've inspired my neice, his 4yr old daughter to skip morning, noon and night whilst watching you on RUclips. You can are her hero and not just hers, the whole family love you and the skills you possess. Your zest for life and energy oozes through your videos. So thank you Lauren, on behalf of the entire family. Finally I don't want to give you chills but I guarantee this last bit will. My beautiful 4 Yr old neice is also called Lauren. Now that is the happy ending to this otherwise sad story. RIP BRO.
I also began doing boxing workouts during the lockdown which included a lot of jump rope. I’m a fan and I hope that I can learn some new jump rope steps and moves as this helps to break the dullness of my HIIT type workouts.
I found ur tiktok at the end of last year then i was on it today and another video of urs popped up on my fyp so today i went out and did 20 mins of jump rope the feeling after wards is insane. you have inspired me

I was very good at jumping rope from teen years to into my 30's. At 64 I can't do it anymore so it makes me happy to see someone that loves to do it. And is so good.
I'm glad you decided to learn. I think you're the best thing to come out of the COVID-19 pandemic. You are an awesomely talented choreographer, and I'd like to think jumping is only a beginning for you.
You are an absolute inspiration….Thank you for sharing your amazing journey it is fantastic. I love watching, Skills are off the chart on its own chart lol
Got to say my reason to start jumping rope for the past 10 years was a military operation that left many people at home. when you have no choise to train your body...you find the jump rope. Great job!
I am so glad you have joined RUclips. I have only recently discovered you on Instagram, after hearing about you on Davina Mccall's pod cast. Can't wait to see your tutorials and get fit whilst learning a new skill.

I’m so happy you have made this move! Exited to see your channel grow as your Instagram has...I’ve been working from home everyday throughout lockdown but I have a rope at the ready and I’m determined to pick it up this weekend!
Hello Lauren. I'm right suited that you have got your self on You tube. It's just great news for you and me. I won't be parsitipating in this , because I'm 68 and full of Arthritis, nackered in other words. The big but is, I love watching, it is so incredible. Iv watched you for a while now and it makes me wonder if you can get better still. I'm really glad for you. I like people that try. It what a lot are short of. What you are doing, makes you sounder in mind and like me, you can enjoy the music.
Not only amazingly talented, but stunningly beautiful. More power to you. Picked up a jump rope yesterday after watching your videos.
Take care.
Simply put Lauren, I watch you in utter amazement.
Hi Lauren. I seen you about three weeks ago on RUclips shorts. Your videos are very addictive. Thank you for making me smile again 🙂. Keep on skipping and making folks SMILE. 💯
Always awesome Lauren. Thank you.
Your jump rope skills are so incredible!
What a fantastic effort over the year! I started a youtube channel too - but you’ve killed it by mastering this insane technique and doing Instagram and doing youtube now!! Wow!

You are truly an inspiration.
Hadn't done any jump rope at all since my boxing career ended.
But truly, I never became very good on the jump rope and did not envision anything like what you do.
But now I am inspired to once again, after a cancer surgery, to try to get back in shape.
You are one super cool girl with an amazing talent.
Looking forward to more of your videos.

Lauren, welcome to RUclips! Love your Videos!
Saw you on shorts and was my first time seeing the dancing jump rope. You seem to be having a blast and seem very honest. Thanks for the vids and keep being happy!
I could watch her all day,,,, she makes it look so easy
A joy and fun to watch.
RIP BRO.
I haven't picked up a rope but I still think your jumping and dedication are amazing and inspirational in other ways.
53+ year old man. You sparked a new challenge in me for 2023. Thank you!
I also began doing boxing workouts during the lockdown which included a lot of jump rope. I’m a fan and I hope that I can learn some new jump rope steps and moves as this helps to break the dullness of my HIIT type workouts.
I found ur tiktok at the end of last year then i was on it today and another video of urs popped up on my fyp so today i went out and did 20 mins of jump rope the feeling after wards is insane. you have inspired me
This is super cool. Good on ya! 😁. I’m into things other than jumprope, but I’m mostly into enjoying life …for the first time in my life….. and it’s awesome seeing people like you enjoying your life
I was very good at jumping rope from teen years to into my 30's.
Love watching the reels on Instagram & seeing you here shows you are a super nice person as well as fun, happy and positive.
This is so exciting Lauren!! Great vid and can't wait to see what you have in store for us!!! 🤗
You are an absolute inspiration….Thank you for sharing your amazing journey it is fantastic. I love watching, Skills are off the chart on its own chart lol
Used to jump rope '79 '80. 66 years young, now. The best to you!
You are most amazing at jump roping, love the channel, keep doing such awesome videos!
I'm a 50 yr old dude and, because of your videos, my jump-rope arrives today!
