Are you able to make a video about PPIs and how food in the stomach acts on them, plus the saddlers that now are able to cross the border, and how to actually go about it?
Let me share as short as I can be what I’m going through:
14 years ago I got diagnosed with hiatal hernia and an ulcer. I was treated with PPIs 40mg a day for some time and then took it as needed it. I was trying not to use them as much. I ignorantly blamed every symptom I experienced throughout the years on the hiatal hernia. 5 years ago i noticed that I had weird stool, switching back and forth from Konstipationen to diarrhea. I blamed it on my unhealthy lifestyle. For the past 3 years I’m taking on a very healthy lifestyle. I recently returned to the GI, because I just really didn’t feel well. Nauseous, weird stool (light colored) sometimes floating, heartburn, frequents and awful smelly gas and some other symptoms. A month before I went to the GI I was on over the counter omeprazole 20mg twice a day. The reason why I’m writing all this is, because my GI was surprised that I wasn’t tested for H Pylori in the past which now I have tested positive for. I was prescribed 2 different antibiotics, PPIs 40mg twice a day (I mean seriously?!) and pepto bismal. The first week I felt great and my stool was so good like never before. So I’m kinda thinking, that it must have been that bacteria that caused me all these problems over the years. Today I don’t feel good again. Really nauseous, and 4 hours after eating it felt like my food was still indigested in my stomach. Yesterday I had Greek orzo. I made sure to clean the vegetables before cooking. So here’s my point, should I be concerned about the type of food I am eating during the medication treatment? There’s no acid to protect me right now. I was asking my doctor and pharmacist about if there is any restrictions on foods or eating habits. “Nope, no restrictions!” That just doesn’t seem right. So yeah, sorry for this long message, but I would appreciate to learn from you more about this kind of stuff. Thank you and best regards, J.

My chronic constipation i found the root cause came because of heavy metal toxicity… i tried everything before that betaine hcl , acv , improving bile flow nothing helped until i detoxed the heavy metals out of the body and constipation is gone now.

Thank you so much for taking the time to make such a detailed video on this.
I appreciate your help and i will check all the videos you liated to see if i have missed any.
I had a look on the "10 signs of low stomach acid" already and i can definitely see many of them on my kid. Especially those little frequent burps that started recently..
I wonder if you can answer this too. Does it matter what time of day you are supplementing with vit C, or magnesium?
If youvare using vit C to help acidify the stomach, and if you are using mag to help draw more water in the bowels?
Like day, or night? Before or after meals?
(Also, you nailed the name pronunciation the first time!)

:) glad I got the name right and glad it was helpful.
I can't answer questions on specific situations in video comments, but this video explains why we use magnesium earlier in the day instead of later: ruclips.net/video/6rDn9RK43cc/видео.html
