Over my right ear, just last week 🤦🏽♀️ cried like a baby. To me, it really messed up my top buns and puffs, which I tend to do a lot.

The salon wants $75 from me for a trim and treatment. Hm maybe I should do it myself.
You should. I go to the salon once a year if I feel like it. To straighten my hair with no effort and get a quick trim. 3 times a year I trim my hair myself and I only get compliments about how healthy my hair is when I go in.
I trimmed mine recently I usually know when it’s time to trim off of the feeling of my end and when my ends stick together. But this was very helpful with how detailed you got into everything.
I appreciate the amount of time and effort you put in your videos. We don't get just a tutorial but you be educating us too.

omgg, this video made it SO much easier for me lol! i trimmed my hair 5 months ago doing kind of the same method buy intuitively and suffered the whole way trough thinking i was messing up my hair! it turned out nice but i skipped the flipping technique. definetly doing it this time! i'll be trimmig in a few days, wish me luck! most hairdressers here in brazil never know tf to do with thick coarse hair like ours, who needs them when we have u tho?!

Funny story, I actually cut a small section at the front of my hair from my crochet faux locs too.😂😂
The hair matched mine perfectly and got tangled during my take down and I THOUGHT I cut only the loc but no...I cut my hair too. So now I have this short point in the front not noticeable when my hairs curly.
