I stumbled across this watch by accident after a search through thousands. It’s got the perfect blend of history, affordability, use ability, all round wearability and great looking. It’ll be a future purchase for sure.
I love Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra watches and I don't care if they're an automatic movement or quartz. I get attached to my watches too, currently a Seiko chronograph, it just sits perfectly on my wrist and is my everyday. Thanks for sharing your watch collection and epxerience of each.
What an amazing watch! That is my grail. I really want a "go anywhere, do anything" luxury watch but, as I just graduated law school, I will have to stick to my Midos for a while, lol. Wear it in good health and greetings from México.
Just got mine on the tan leather strap yesterday. Hasn't left my wrist, and I also have a Speedmaster (with Hesalite crystal) and a Seamaster 300. Great addition to my collection and if push came to shove, it just might be my "one watch". Hope it never comes to that. :-)
I love your white textured dialed Aquaterra on the orange and black striped nato. Omega is a great brand which holds its own against both Rolex and Grand Seiko.
I too tend to agree, I have the Blue on a bracelet, but have a blue rubber. It dresses up and down very well. A under appreciated watch...Rolex seems to be king these days, so picking these up now are a bargain.
I think sometimes watches really fit like yours. The perfect what to me should be a dress watch a sports watch have water resistance and be durable as heck. My SWC Bunker comes close but I love my GS because it is just stunning we are a weird bunch.
I wanted to like the Aqua Terra, but the ultimate everyday piece will always be the Diver 300M for me: I have one from the late 90's, still going strong Now looking to buy the 2018 model, but a bit afraid of their QC issues (especially the clasp), since I live in Eastern Europe: Hard to find any competent watchmakers here
That’s a cool automatic Omega Aqua Terra on the Nato! Love the orange second hand, how much is the upcoming steel bracelet for it? Did you buy the steel bracelet new from the AD, or used, or from the grey market?😉
I checked with the AD the steel bracelet is $720.00 . I will see how I like the rubber strap before I spend that much. I really can’t see selling this watch to buy something else. I don’t see anything better than this Omega.
@@inlandwatchreviews5745 Thanks for the answer, how kind of you!🙏🏻 I have a Rolex Explorer2, the former model from year 2019, ref nr 216570! Also a fantastic everyday watch, but I haven’t started to use it like an everyday piece yet, I only have it on big occasions, it’s to much money for everyday use…… so a great Omega Aqua Terra will be a better choice, that’s how I think for the moment! Thank you for opening my eyes for an Omega AT…..🙏🏻😍 also a fantastic Sportpiece!
I sold this one and now have a aqua terra annual calendar. It is in for service since July 19th.I will update you with a video when it’s done and let everyone know what it cost.
I’ve actually settled for the Rolex Oysterquartz and no other watch will do, but I do like the omega, I just don’t think I can have more than 1 4k+ watch
Beautiful watch I have the gray version in 41 mm and I love it. Your thoughts reflect my thoughts on this watch. By the way, it is anti magnetic to At Least 15000 Gauss. During testing, the machine ( I’m assuming an MRI machine ) only went up to 15000 Gauss. If it went higher, they would have tested it at the higher limit.
You are absolutely right. The Omega Aqua Terra can easily be a one-watch collection. I prefer the 38mm case for my 6.5-inch wrist but I really like the black and yellow "Bumblebee" colorway that is only available in the 42mm size.
@@MrJamesDuffy As do I. Alas the 38mm AT uses the 8800 movement, the 41mm uses the 8900 movement. The 8880 doesn't have the timexzone feature and it has a lesser power reserve. It also has 19mm lugs whereas the 41mm has 20mm lugs and so it's much easier to find different straps/bracelets for it. I wish the 38mm had them as well as the splash of colour the 41mm has. If it did I'd have gone for it other the 41mm.
Maybe if you're an Omega fan. For me, a good SS bracelet is 50% of the experience. Omega bracelets are really bad. I'm not really a fan of low beat movements either. Rolex and Tudor for me.
That version of the Aqua Terra is the one I would choose. And I would love to own it on a light brown leather strap.

You are correct sir. It is a one-watch watch collection. It does both work & play.
Wow that really is a beautiful watch!

Beautiful! Love it on the nato!
I bought the same model AT last summer on the gray rubber strap w/orange stitching and love it. But I like your nato on this watch too. 👍

Look on Chrono24 they have some deals
I completely agree. It is a one watch collection. It is beautiful
I have it and absolutely love it. Keeps a good time. Highest quality machine finished Swiss made watch.
That is a beautiful watch. Great video.
Thank you
Very nice watch!! Just bought my first luxury watch and it’s an Omega Aqua Terra with rubber strap.
Thank you congratulations

I agree, although the one I have in my sites is the new Aqua Terra, 38mm, in one of their gorgeous new colors (personally Saffon or Terracotta).

I agree with you 100 percent. more watch for less cash

Nice collection 👍

Rolex can be the king ; omega is the Emperor.
My Summer background Tomatillos to the left and Tomatoes to the right. my little Garden

Like talking to my neighbor! Thanks for the video
Yes one great watch!
OMEGA IS THE ROLEX KILLER
Nice choice. Thats a Top 3 or 5 place watch in the Premier league of steel sports\dress watches. I love them.
Nice Watch.
Looking into getting one!
It’s hard to beat Omega

This is true
For me it would be the Omega Railmaster
I like the Omega Railmaster
The Seamaster Aqua Terra is a great one watch does everything all purpose watch.,
A one watch has to be a diver for me. That’s a nice watch, though
Nice i got the Sergio Garcia version. Gulf edition. I also have an omega seamaster 300m electric blue wave dial. Quartz movement

I think it's a special watch. Actually a difficult question. But for me I would choose Agrand Seiko snowflake

I understand, I bought my omega aqua terra for under 4 thousand, my omega quartz for under 2 thousand. This adds up quickly
Omega have to slim down their movements!
