Day 5 ! I needed this at the end of a weekend! With a few adjustments for an injured wrist ( side plank and star pose ) this felt amazing!

Wow Melissa! I have never felt the connection in my over mobile body, I have like wavy stability and Im over wight I have a lot of pain in my body. And I have done yoga for 4 years almost every morning. And your yoga leaves me warm and swety but the best thing is...I can feel a lot more muschles and joint have moved, I have never felt that conkecyion before in my life. I have had over mobility( dont know the english word) in my joint så I have been training in gyms and so on, bur never, never have I felt so much in your training and moving slowly and so perfectly. I dont feel the stress I have always felt in the gym and from doctors. I just want to thank you for doing this for us who dont get the right help from the healthcare system. I also wanted to sign up for the 30 day challange but couldnt find any link, so Im following it now by RUclips order. Lots of love and light and thank you for your wonderful work. It heals more than you know 🫶😊👏

Thank very much Melissa this was very therapeutic practice after a heavy leg day at the gym it loosen me up l love how you keep saying check your breathing and check in with our body it gives better form and flexibility I constantly sharing your technique with others at the gym and they are encouraged so much it makes there work out better u rock Melissa see you tomorrow this a awesome challenge u have put a lot of work in keep up the great work u are appreciated

I have been doing these during my de-load week and this has been refreshing and my body already feels better. I will continue these even when I begin my strength training again.

I am in the same boat, so I just do them the next day. I really appreciate that she is doing this for free, so it is a small thing to be a day behind.
