We are getting our lymphatics flowing today which helps our bodies in so many ways. The lymphatic system is our clean up crew and detoxes our bodies, improves our immune response, removes toxins, regulate inflammation, helps to fight fight infection, and so much more. We also have core, glutes, and pelvic floor strengthening exercises as well.
Cannot wait to hear what you think of this class!

Melissa after a day in the car this is what my pelvic floor needed ! 100 %. Felt achy and pressure in lower abdomen. After this stretch and flow... relief.❤

I am getting so much out of this challenge. It's amazing how I notice the before and after in my pelvic floor and hips. One area I've noticed I struggle is shallow breathing :( Any tips on how to conquer that? Thank you for these workouts. I have hope for healing!
This is so amazing! Thank you for sharing and so glad you are enjoying the challenge! The breathing does take some practice to get down and sometimes there are other areas that need to be addressed first to feel a better connection with the breathing like tight mid back, abs, hips, and more. Stick with it you got this!

Thank you. This is a flow I will return to - I like bounces at the beginning for the lymph flushing. COuld that also be done on a ball?? Also noted that my R side balance is much weaker than L.
You are welcome! What type of ball were you thinking? Like sitting on an exercise ball? And great job noticing those differences between the 2 sides! Keep it up!
Where is Day 11? I noticed the list goes from Day 10 to Day 12.
I was following along with playlist on your site under Movement Yoga Challenges and there are only 28 videos listed.
