Your breath is key with firing up your core & pelvic floor with these moves. It's a combination for lengthening and activating to use your core system optimally. Check and see if you notice your lower abs are bulging or doming out. If they are this is a sign you are creating too much pressure and not using your core and pelvic floor effectively. Keep coming back to that exhale.
Way to go day 14 we are 2 weeks into this challenge!!!
