After cooking for 6 hours, my body needed this. Your videos have helped me do activities I used to suffer in pain through. Now, I get to enjoy cooking again.
After a day driving this was the ticket!!! I did however have to adjust after sitting on the block for a long time 😂🎉 I am learning so much about breathing!

I was so tight before I started. then I did a few basics I was sore, then I started the session about mid way I could no longer set so I just stood up and finished, it was great. Thank you
Wonderful except I have trouble doing seated work (I guess I haven't tried a chair; just use a yoga block. So I end up sending my legs out in front of me. I hope as I do more of this, I'll improve here!)
Yes a chair is a great option and these could also be done standing. Propping up on a bolster or blocks is another modification. Keep up the good work!
