    Thank you Melissa, doing these exercises has made me realize that i'm totally stuck on my right side from my ear to my knee. crazy how tight i am.

    These sessions are feeling better and better everyday. My flexibility level is almost zero and some of the setting down stretches my body would not move like that. But try try again. Thank you

    This was a great flow yin yoga is my favorite yoga style it really gets to muscle areas we normally do not concentrate on I love how your working different areas with breathing technique with the pelvic floor work out I really feel great thanks Melissa u have put in a lot of hard work u rock see you tomorrow have a great day thumbs up always

    Loving the hip love! My breathing is getting easier on my right side, and I feel things opening up. I still struggle sometimes getting the right connection with the breath and whether I'm inhaling or exhaling on some movements.
