It is a great move that the government of DRC should pursuit with much energy in order to deter those companies involving in three Ts and coltan black market blossomed by the Rwandan government. Congolese lives matter. I have a great regret for those think like it's joke or an opportunity of mockery while millions of fellow human beings are murdered by tech firms and Rwanda gov and its acolytes so cold M23.

The congo regime will sue anything that moves. They’re the epitome of frivolity. They’re the ones responsible for labor laws in their nation and are responsible for allowing children into the cobalt mines on their own territory. Instead of ceasing the abuse, they give gigantic sums to a bunch of expensive attorneys in Europe to sue some computer co. Crooked but also pathetic.

Oh so those kids, who were forced by the M23 captured areas, remember there are rebels, who are forcing people to work for them, including children, they claiming freedom by enslaving their own people, so the Congolese government took apple to court since they can't get access to these areas because M23 controls these areas... So who's to blame congo or M23?
