    1 round complete karne ke baad agar aapko lagta hai ki aap aur exercise karna chahte hain to dobara is workout video ko start karke exercise kar sakte hain .

    I had underwent knee replacement
    So squat or knee bend exercise cause Pain in knees.
    Please suggest some other exercise for senior citizen.
    My inner thighs are very bulky,
    Very difficult to walk
