    Love it! I don't have very strong abs, but for some reason, I really enjoy oblique workouts! 🤭 Besides, which woman doesn't dream of a tiny waist? 💗

    Hi amazing once again!! You know when you said pull the belly button in and up . What does pulling it up mean exactly. And I really appreciate the time you take to answer the comments xx

      Another way to think about pulling your navel in and up is by “scooping” your belly. Engaging in your core and also thinking of pulling up or lengthening up really helps the movements feel strong and light at the same time. Hope this makes sense! 😘

    Wow gave this one a go and exercise 5 and 6! I could bring my knees to me chests but lift them up with an arm was impossible :-(
    Definitely something to work on

    I absolutely love all your videos and it´s amazing to have them during this lock down. How can I modify exercise #5 its too hard for me! Love from Spain.

      Thank you for your love and support! Haha i know, exercise #5 is a tough one! To modify...take out the double leg lift. Just lay on your side on your forearm (with other hand on the floor in front of your body), place legs slightly in front of your torso (straight and stacked one on top of the other), then lift both legs off the floor (as if they were tied together), crunch your knees into your chest, extend legs back out, then lower them down to the floor again...just keep repeating that! Hope this makes sense! xoxo
