This one took me back to 1 of my first relationships as a teenager. This guy saw me get dropped off by my father one weekend and because my parents had me at a very young age he thought I was with another man and cracked me across the face when I saw him. Of course, he got all teary eyed when he realized I was with my father and couldn't apologize enough. I stayed with him a couple months after that because it certainly got worse after the slap in the face.
Heyyy Sara! I have come to the conclusion that it’s nice to learn all of this, but this time I am putting my tolerance to 0. If I don’t like the toxic traits someone’s displaying I’m simply detaching myself. I’ll let them talk their talk and then I’m out. Patterns are patterns. I’m not going to waste my time and not let anyone takeover my mental and physical space. My energy is too precious. Now they can all hate and call me a narcissist. 🎉
Describing the narcissistic father in my life he acts like he's mr.perfect can do no wrong but everything I say and do is wrong I feel like he's trying turning me into him . We all have our own belief systems. Some use religion as a weapon. Some use spirituality to better themselves (some calling themselves empaths). And some are Atheists.
