    Growing from $0 to $2.8M so am experiencing flash backs! It's like "whack a mole" in that you solve one pain point and two more pop up. "Things Change" and "Comfort Kills". Great video.

    Shane, very nice delivery... So many restoration outfits overlook combining both NBD & PD into one position. Learn Artificial Intelligence, it will increase productivity 5 fold over.

    What do you think about dry ice blasting in the restoration business? I have a high end blaster for automotive and industrial/specialty cleaning and looking to expand into another market like restoration. Mold remediation, smoke damage, etc.

    So I'm been doing my research. Ur advice helped. I'm going the contents restoration route. Would you still be able to consult me and help me out in that field, with it being different and all. Ai did clarify a lot for me

      Contents is a good niche but you will want to make sure you have good access to getting leads. You can do this by partnering with restoration companies that do fire but don't handle contents. You can also work with adjusters too but finding them is harder than finding restoration companies (adjusters don't have a google my business page showing their phone number)
      We don't have anything specifically to help you with contents but you can check out Anissa Coy with Firehouse Education. Google it
      She has a youtube channel and will be better suited to help you!
