My husband and I used to take a japanese class together. It was during the winter (in Canada) and everytime we got home basically frozen, 2x a week after our class, we always cooked a nice vegan ramen! Now, we have two beautiful babies, aged 2.5yo and 14mo, and they eat vegan homemade ramen with us at least once a week. It's my daughter's favorite! She often asks for it. Now that it's getting chilly outside I'll definetely cook this for them soon ❤️
