      Thank you! Yes finally decided to start doing some videos! It's also easier for most to watch something instead of read a very lengthy step-by-step in a recipe haha 😅

    Vegan is very healthy and happy. I have been vegan for 50 years. I have not seen a doctor at all. I hope that foreign friends will come to Taiwan to eat vegan. I wish you vegan health and happiness. Any wish and good wish can be achieved.

    In the second recipe can I use olive oil instead of sesame oil?

    • @TheFoodieTakesFlight
      @TheFoodieTakesFlight  4 года назад +1

      Yes :) any oil would work, I just love using sesame oil cause it has a distinct flavour!

    Does this reheat well??

    • @TheFoodieTakesFlight
      @TheFoodieTakesFlight  4 года назад +2

      Hi! The yaki udon and peanut sesame noodles do. The sweet and sour one not so much because the sauce will thicken from the cornstarch especially when refrigerated. Though if you do reheat it, you can always add bit of water or oil to separate easily. :)
