I don’t see baking soda listed on the recipe, but I see you use it - what is the amount to use?
Hi. I apologize, I did not use baking soda with the beef I used in this video as it was already tender enough. However, if you want to tenderize your beef I would use about 1-2 tsp of baking soda for the amount of beef in this recipe.
(Friendly. Take care of the light contrast in your videos. That dramatically affects the appearance of your meals.) I like your receipts.
