  • This is the first step in integrating a Google Nexus 7 into my Subaru Legacy. Hands free phone, Navigation and Music are all working. Radio button is not yet working.
The launcher is Apex Launcher but to be honest could be just about any launcher
The clock is play.google.com/store/apps/de... using Bebas Clock play.google.com/store/apps/de...
The other buttons are Flight icons play.google.com/store/apps/de... extracted with ThemeX play.google.com/store/apps/de..., resized x2 and placed on desktop with Simple Text play.google.com/store/apps/de...
The phone component is Tablet Talk play.google.com/store/apps/de...
The music player is Power Amp play.google.com/store/apps/de...
The "now playing" popups are from Tune Announcer play.google.com/store/apps/de...
The Tablet is running AutoDroid rom in "fixed install" mode with a charging OTG adapter. This allows it to wake/sleep with the ignition key. forum.xda-developers.com/showt...

Fantastic setup! One of my favourites. How did you get the music control in the action bar?

Awesome setup, any particular reason you went with AutoDroid vs other ROMs?

Sammy Njoroge because Autodroid allows OTG+Charging, has a "fixed install" mode which makes it easy to turn on/off with ignition key, and has drivers for lots of useful USB devices such as webcam, tv capture, DAC. Biggest problem with it is that it's still Kitkat rather than Lollipop

Where did you get that cubby surround? I’ve never seen one without nav buttons or the cubby before
