This movie went from really funny to the whole theater crying their eyes out, it was crazy. People knock this movie, but it's really good and has a message in it. Also, this movie actually taught me that you should cherish every moment with the people you love.
This movie stuck with me as well since I first saw it in theaters at times I feel like I'm on autopilot or more like auto zombie! lol but I try to stop and cherish the moments I get :)
This movie was up for one Oscar: Best Makeup. ❤ What’s really sad is that shortly around the time production of this movie started, Adam Sandler’s father Stanley passed away. It really puts that sequence where he told his dad he loved him in a newer perspective. 😞
I don't know how long he had been gone when he made this but he dedicated 50 First Dates to him, there is a message for him in the end credits that's very sweet.
I have always thought this was one of Sandler's best movies. Funny throughout, has a great message, and still finds a way to hit you in the feels. The scene near the end always brings me to tears.
SPOILER: Yes this movie is extremely goofy, yes some of the jokes don't hit, but once the remote fast forwards itself, it starts turning into an emotional powerhouse. The buildup of missing sex, to missing sicknesses, to missing his dad's funeral, to seeing how he treated his dad the last time he saw him........that's where this movie REALLY shines. Very underrated when it comes to Adam Sandler's work
Yes! The first half of this movie is fine but nothing truly that hilarious, well aside from him constantly messing with the kid and Walken makes me laugh but Walken can always make me laugh, lol The dog humping the duck got old pretty fast and didn't really think it was that funny to begin with. But when the remote goes on autopilot it becomes a different movie and it's brilliant after that. It almost feels like a new writer came on and wrote only the second half, lol.
Fun fact: Adam Sandler's mom in this movie is played by Julie Kavner, best known as the long-running role of Marge Simpson and her sisters Patti and Selma Bouvier since the Tracy Ullman shorts in 1987 to the actively-produced and record-breaking series "The Simpsons," running on Fox every Sunday night since 1989. And his dad was played by Henry Winkler, best known as the Fonz from "Happy Days", which ran from 1974 to 1985.
This movie will definitely teach you to appreciate your family. No matter how annoying you think they are. We only get one and one day they'll be gone.
@@HL-tf2ot Ohh, you meant "won't put up with some of the stuff." I see now. Eh. @@HL-tf2ot Well, generations that have been in charge of how our society and our country is run for a long time haven't exactly set everyone behind them up for success. How many Gen Z Karen's have you seen in the past few years crying about a mask? Don't let the older folks fool you, they're the malcontent. They are the reason everything is the way it is. No amount of complaining by any generations after them has caused things to get worse.
This was a big surprise for me going into an Adam Sandler movie. The message is beautiful! Work is important and parents try so hard to give kids the life they think they want but, spending time with each other and making sure you are there for the moments that count mean so much more to our children. I teared up and it made me realise that money isn't everything. Great reaction guys 👍👍
Mike is already lucky he just didn't realize he has more than most. Man has his parents that love him more than anything. A beautiful wife that many men would kill to have and two great kids that love and worship him. That's being successful and blessed in my book.

I remember how I got to watch it the first time thinking I'd laugh the whole movie through since that's what Sandler movies are all about. Hooo boy did it turn into a rollercoaster of feels.
(33:35) Every time I watch this scene I get legit goosebumps, something about this scene feels so ominous, the rain pouring down🌧 the cinematic and powerful strings and pianos 🎹🎵 The blue lighting, Also Adam Sandler’s acting in this scene is PHENOMENAL! The way he’s shaking and trying to stay alive and how he’s whispering cause he can’t really speak. It gets me every time, also the fact that this is an Adam Sandler movie is Mind Blowing! I'm so happy for you two to react to this movie. I grew up watching Adam Sandler movies with my dad from Big Daddy, Billy Madison, 50 First Dates, Eight Crazy Night, but Click was one of my dad's favorites. The scene with Michael making his dad cry and not getting a chance to say goodbye makes me cry every single time; it really hurts more after my own dad passed away four years ago. We went out to eat with my daughter who was 1 years old at the time for Valentines Day, we talked on the phone, then he passed away a few days later.
Oh I love this movie, it has it all! Even has me crying my eyes out. Also there’s something about an elderly fonzarelli sad that gets to me every time 😭
I know a lot of people don't like this movie, but the last third of the movie still makes it for me. I still think Adam Sandler is a better dramatic actor than a comedic one, and it's a shame he hasn't done more performances like that.
When I first watched this movie, I was living in another country from my parents and terribly homesick. I cried so hard during the last scene with his father.
Can't tell you how much I wanted to see a new reaction to this movie. Literally the only movie that I've almost never been able to make it through without crying. Definitely the most underrated Sandler movie. Still super funny, but also emotional, and teaches a valuable lesson at the same time.
This movie was really good. I enjoyed your reaction to it very much. He tried so hard to give them what he didn't have, that he forgot to give them what he did have. He had two parents who loved him very much and spent time with him.

Click is for me one of the best Adam Sandler movies. The comedy was witty, on point and often very intelligently done, and the message this movie gives and how it was delivered shows that Sandler can really pull off the drama .
This is a movie that speaks to a lot of us on a very personal level. I have two daughters, sometimes I've felt highly strung and being pulled away from them - but I fight against it. I don't wanna suddenly wake up 50 and realise I've wasted all the important parts of life.
This movie has such a beautiful meaning behind it… it’s pretty much telling us to enjoy the moment and little things in life. 🙏 And not to move fast thru life cause before you know it things change and we get older.. this movie always has a place in my heart. 🤞
This movie is well underrated because of some peoples snobbery towards Adam Sandler films, Sandler has shown he;s capable of being a serious actor, but he obviously sticks to what makes him happy and what most of his fans want, he's successful and fair play to him.

Yeah, I agree with your final speech. The remote control serves merely as a metaphorical device (no pun intended) symbolizing the swift passage of time. It’s easy to lose track of how rapidly time elapses when you’re engrossed in your work.
I always love depictions of the personifications of Death that isn’t overly morbid. Morty here, the Ghosts from Scrooged, the Reapers from Dead Like Me, and Death from the Discworld book series. They love Life.
Did not in any way expect this movie to make me cry, but Sandler comedies can have a way of being utterly stupid comedy, while still being an emotional journey.
Honestly, one of my favorite Adam Sandler movies. Yes, it has some jokes that are really bad, but overall it's got a heartfelt message and a lot of the jokes were funny
Never really thought about it till now, this is a very great piece of work for a film and a very amazing film for Adam Sandler. It shows that he can act and have a lot of heart and emotional depth. Great characters and mahor characters and minor characters all fit their role and made me realize this an incredible different spin on The Christmas Carol with Ebenezer Scrooge. He gets the universe breaking remote and meets morty similar to Ebenezer meeting his dead partner Jacob Marely. Gets to mess around with the remote and it is very similar to his dead partner's warning about the three ghosts at the arrived hour: the glimpse of the past with morty, the long and fast forwarded present time that spun out control, and finally the horrible dark and raining future into the further future with morty popping up at his deathbed and revealing that he is the angel of death very eerily similar to the ghost of Christianity future and him pointing at his own grave. And of course finally revealing that it was all future events to come via horrible awakening nightmares. Just like Ebenezer Scrooge, making him appreciate his family and every day and moment in his current life
The scene when he dies is always triggering me because it reminds me of the day when my sisters and I lost our dad on New Years back in 2022 from heart failure, diabetes and cancer. Seeing this part with everyone around him and apologizing to Donna was almost like that day but he couldnt speak because he had a stroke and fell into a coma which only made him responsive by moving his feet to know that he was listening. Later on, the doctors told us that there wasnt anything they could do for him. So we knew it was that day that he was gonna go. This part has always brought me to tears to seeing this scene.
Fun fact, the woman that plays Adam Sandler’s mom in this movie is the voice of our one and only Marge Simpson from The Simpsons. ❤ Her name is Julie Kavner.
Movie will punches me in the heart still just watching parts of it with y’all. It’s ok to have a life. It’s ok to work hard. It’s ok to be what you want… But there has to be a balance. You can’t be at everything… but don’t miss what’s important… before you know it… it’s gone. My nana is 79 now… she doesn’t have much time. And that’s why I’m trying to make it work the best I can to cherish what I can.
One thing you can count on in an Adam Sandler movie: him hooking up with a woman who is way out of his league (in this case, English actress Kate Beckinsale with a convincing but disappointing American accent). Christopher Walken was an amazing actor in the 80s (The Dead Zone is terrific if you’ve never seen it), but now he hams it up a lot. If you haven’t seen it, My Girl is terrific and you guys would probably be the 3rd channel to react to it. I miss the early 90s.
Really, really recommend "Reign Over Me" (2007) starring Adam Sandler. An amazing SERIOUS film, not a comedy. Swear to God, you guys are funny, but what really made me subscribe is the philosophy you two spout. Your heads are on straight. Your mom must be SO proud. Yeah, the insights you two come up with is what keeps bringing me back.
Hey guy, very good timing. A few minutes ago I was looking at a reaction to The green miile and I thought... now it's time for something relaxing... thanks
Yall always react to fantastic movies. Love Click, and it actually makes me cry. I think we can all relate to life passing us by and missing those moments we should have paid more attention to. You guys should check out Trapped In Paradise. Nick Cage, Jon Lovitz, Dana Carvey.
This is actually a great movie with some really important life lessons and a great ending because even though he went through a lot of drama and stress, he learned from it and got a second chance, extra time from all of this, and the knowledge he learned from it which included a lot of insight like what the kids would look like and stuff, but as far as the job is concerned, I think that insight is useless as he should either quit or work for someone else and focus more on his family. Great Movie!
I remember seeing this movie in the Theater in my Hometown of Council Bluffs, Iowa. I love this movie. When we were walking down the hall of the theater after the movie I did a triple glance back. As I walked past Henry Winkler. I said hey isn't that the Fonz. And I said no way. Stand up on the 3rd look I said yes it is and immediately turned around and headed as as the crowd started to gather around him. I heard him say to the crowd that he just finished up his book tour from across the street at the Mid America Center. And he informed everybody that he was on his own time and just wanted to check out the movie. And said that he would wouldn't be signing any autographs. But only for special autographs like the boy that was in the wheelchair and how to cast on. He signed the boys cast. And I got to shake the fonz's hand. Which was the greatest honor for me. I just wish that smartphones where around so I could have recorded a video or at least could have taken a picture. Henry Winkler is the like the nicest guy.

It’s ok to have a life. It’s ok to work hard. It’s ok to be what you want…
But there has to be a balance.
You can’t be at everything… but don’t miss what’s important… before you know it… it’s gone. My nana is 79 now… she doesn’t have much time. And that’s why I’m trying to make it work the best I can to cherish what I can.
His father weeping as he leaves the office is heart-wrenching.
P.S. Her rocking tight body still drives me crazy.
Kate Beckinsale is one British export you can keep
Her acting is and has always been ATROCIOUS she’s awful and her accent is awful
We all love Walken but he can only play Walken now
This is easily my favourite Adam Sandler movie & arguably his best one.
Reign Over Me and Hustle
Great reactions you guys! This is such a solid movie!
Hey guy, very good timing. A few minutes ago I was looking at a reaction to The green miile and I thought... now it's time for something relaxing... thanks
That fn scene in the end with him rewinding "i love you" and him dying, damn it, gets me evey time
You guys have a great outlook & really makes me think deeper on a lot of movies 👍🏽
Yall always react to fantastic movies. Love Click, and it actually makes me cry. I think we can all relate to life passing us by and missing those moments we should have paid more attention to. You guys should check out Trapped In Paradise. Nick Cage, Jon Lovitz, Dana Carvey.
Yayyyyy! Thank you for reacting to this movie guys 👍👍👍
Adam Sandler has such range- reign over me you will love and yes you will cry but it is worth the watch
Man, when I was a kid I used to cry like a baby watching this movie
Holy hell. Even watching your reaction to this film made me cry. It's an Adam Sandler film!! Crazy.
I really appreciate y’all’s videos
This was a quality movie that no one acknowledged because it was Adam Sandler. It was deep and touching and people slept on it
This is actually a great movie with some really important life lessons and a great ending because even though he went through a lot of drama and stress, he learned from it and got a second chance, extra time from all of this, and the knowledge he learned from it which included a lot of insight like what the kids would look like and stuff, but as far as the job is concerned, I think that insight is useless as he should either quit or work for someone else and focus more on his family. Great Movie!
Dear God David Hasselhoff reacting and smacking his lips to the taste of shit is still one of the funniest fucking things I've seen 😆
When he said that duck is cute… I’m thinking you and the dog agree 😂
YES! I’ve been waiting for this one!
This is the movie that made me appreciate life and stop wishing time away
Ahhh I used to watch this movie like every other Sunday with my family. We loved it 😩
Have you guys seen Happy Gilmore before? That's a must 100% 🐐🔥🔥🔥
one of my favorite Adam Sandler movies! Up with Happy Gilmore
Thank you guys for watching this movie and reminding me of it. Like you said, it’s time to change some things in my life. :-)
Hasselhoff saying "WOW I just got a big headache" makes me always laugh lol.
My father passed away when I was 10 and I watched this movie a few months after and absolutely sobbed. Shit fucked me up lmaooo
