i've Been Searching the Mario Sprites from this Game at SpriterResource. and... I didn't Found it. i have a Image of the Sprites, but are Not *ALL* the Sprites, are Wrongly Coloured (has More of 3 Colors) and Not Exactly drawn.
I was thinking the same thing. Someone should compile a MUGEN roster, and stages, and soundtrack, that makes it resemble this game, but obviously more competently made. I'm not sure if there are any Haggars for Mugen though.

I remember spending months in this game with my friends. It was fun. Never realize that it is unofficial one. There is somekind of bug where your character can float, like there is another floor, thought it only worked with certain character

I just noticed Mario is actually based off Cheng Sinzan from Fatal Fury with a hadouken added, most probably from Cony's Fatal Fury 2 port. Look at his drumming idle animation. So that's why he's so fat...
I’m thinking of making a freeware version of the NES World Heroes 2 one day, which is an enhanced 8-bit version of the NES version but way better and with a much bigger character roster. Plus, Mario and Sonic will look much more defined and Sonic will have his anime appearance he is in since Sonic Adventure.
I would also choose something else for Bowser’s theme as well. There are so many suggestions I have for Bowser’s theme, I can’t decide. What’s your suggestion?
Man these street fighter style bootlegs are getting pretty impressive. Lol, the same guy on the bicycle in Chun Li's stage duplicated. This is why I still love the NES, SNES, Genesis, Gameboy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance hardware, even though computers can do this as well.
The whole thing is laughable and I grew up with these bootleg carts as they were the only ones sold locally. But, it would be interesting to know what the actual release date of the game was? I think some aspects of what I saw in like the Sonic level, bowser level, the one with all the robots in the background, etc were actually pretty well designed, which surprised me after the train wreck which is the first level with all the moving cars, etc
Not to mention that the background stages looks pretty decent, especially on how the cars or bikes are moving. It's pretty impressive for a bootleg game.

They are not. See video in 60fps. This is NES limitation, it can't show too many sprites on same line, so programmers used such tricks (flashing sprites).

This game was basically M.U.G.E.N. before M.U.G.E.N. The people working at Cony were definitely ahead of the curve in retrospect.
Release-wise, this was also one of the first large-scale crossover fighting games, beating Fighters Megamix by 2 years.
