Those voice samples crack me up every time I hear them! Seriously, it sounds like "I WILL BITE A FLOOR" or something similar to that. Also, the text (that's used in the the title and the character intros) is Times New Roman.
The only difference between City Fighter IV and Street Fighter II is the digital samples, but oh what a difference it makes. Everything is so much funnier and more dramatic when people scream as they're getting punched!
first time i saw this game on NES Cartridge i was so happy but when put this game on my tv i hated i was so disappointed no one can imagine i was in class 5th that time i already told my friends in school about buying this game on NES without knowing how the graphics are and hows its looks like it was embarrassing.

I'm not a fan of hack games. Don't get me wrong, it's fun to see how creative they get. I once played a game called Alice Cooper and its Mario walking around looking like Silent Bob. There wasn't much to the game other than weird changes to enemies and items. Granted, we were playing it on a hack system from eBay. It was a 500 and 1 system. There were a few actual Nintendo games in there. I was surprised they had Back to the Future in it. Then I saw Double Dragon 4 but it was Target Renegade. After awhile they had fancy titles but it was nothing but Wrecking Crew for that last 300 titles. I think I had my fill of hack games.

There is no way it is Times New Roman. It is a custom serif font.

Looks like the folks at Towa Soft had the bigger cartridge sizes Yoko Soft didn't have, so they found a way to use the extra space :p
