With the exception of the model (we all know who), most Korean girls dress like that normally. The model is the only one that's probably more "nicer" than normal.
[Laughs in cottonmouth] I never realized there were dialectic differences in nodding and laughing, unless they mean that a nod in Korea means something different than in say, the US. If I'm remembering correctly, I recently heard a story of someone spending time in India and the person they were staying with would ask him if he was hungry, the response was yes with a nod, person later finds out the nod is a no, so due to different meanings, prolonged time sitting around waiting to eat, getting hungry, finds out where he was, the head gestures were reverse. to put it very short and not 100% if it was India or not.
Always next year! (A thanksgiving dinner with all the imported ingredients would take awhile to plan anyway) And traditional Easter dinners are VERY individual by family. Most of the people I know only had a traditional desert and/or main dish - the rest varied by year. Ditto the Christmas and 4th of July feasts.
This series is so well produced and I look forward to each one. The girls are always open minded and thorough in their criticism and praise. Great series!
The production is so high quality! The animation of the logo, the editing, the facts, the end credits and the videography. *.* blows my mind. I know it must take a long time but please make more videos.
I find it interesting that they sound like they eat big dinners, and yet are all slim. I reckon if they started eating American food in the portions they'd like to, they wouldn't stay slim very long.
Great panelists who provide intelligent, thoughtful opinions and insights. Funny, too. Excellent production all around, too. One of my favorite channels now. Looking forward to more.
These videos are so fun to watch. It's great seeing such a different and positive perspective of "American" food so I'm glad you guys included TV dinners lol.
I love the girls mannerisms and critiques in all these videos. Excellent temperament and just a delight to watch and at times, they can be quite funny. I laugh with them lol. I always enjoy their comments on the different foods because it's coming from a different perspective.
JAMES CLANCY Yeah, as a kid born in the 60’s, I always enjoyed the old fashioned TV dinners. We didn’t usually eat in front of the television, so when we’d break out the TV dinner trays, it was always a special occasion, like a Super Bowl, or movie that was premiering on tv (back before you could rent movies, of course, you’d only see them in theaters or a few years later, on TV).
Oh boy. You're totally right. I guess I should have specified. Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, green beans wrapped in maple bacon, whipped/mashed potatoes and deviled eggs are stalwart standards in my realm.
*Shrieks in Korean* *Nods in Seoul Dialect* *Gasps in Korean* You know, the subtitles might be my favorite part of this series. And honestly? Food is food. It's when you start screwing with family recipes that people get real mad.
the best thing I like about koreans (girls, guys) reacting vids is that they don't over react. you put some americans in front of the camera and they become borderline obnoxious.
Another fun video. I like how they started to tell a little about how they eat some of those items there (like the fried chicken) and discuss the prices of various items there. They all seem very friendly and funny. They made it look worth trying a tv dinner again. It's been many years but it does look like they've come a long way. I also like the information/triva pop ups. Can't wait to see the next video. What we could see looks good!

Brilliant! I love that they tried the turkey dinner mixed up. It truly is the best way to eat it. There is even a hoagie sammich made of all Thanksgiving leftovers.
I thought this was very entertaining. Living in the US, myself, it's easy to forget just how much variety is in everyday life here. Awesome job, guys. I ran out of videos, way too fast. Looking forward to more.
I very much look forward to what this channel has in store. The end-clip there seems to imply that there's a lot of different kinds of content in the works that that's really exciting. Keep it up Digitalsoju!
OMFG a new vid!!!! I only discovered these korean girls eat video series 3 weeks ago!!! Theyre so entertaining. And its most of the girls from the Mexican food one!! = D
I have watched a couple of these videos of the Korean women eating American food and love it , it's great to see others trying different things and enjoying it . I try my best to try different things also and try to get my kids to also because I always say that you don't know what you might be missing out on.
cutie1847 yeah, it's the growth hormones and all the unknown junk they give the chiggins when they're still alive that make them so big big is not necessarily a good thing?
We were planning on it but our next project is will take a few weeks to edit and won't have time. The video would be out in December and the timing would be off
Wow, I was not expecting this to take me back to my childhood as it did. I haven't had one of these meals in a long time, but this video really made me remember and appreciate where I am now in life, as well as reminds me of where I came from. As a child, I loved the brownie and can still remember the taste.
I just had a TV dinner a couple of weeks ago it was turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes on the side. The turkey and stuffing were pretty terrible but the potatoes were actually pretty good, which is rate for TV dinners. There is one frozen dinner brand I eat almost every night though. They're called Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers. Every one of them is really good and tastes like it was just made at a restaurant! They're a little more expensive though. $4 or $5 each.
great video as always! the girls were cute and charming. I hope you keep producing videos for a while, the girls' perspective on food is highly interesting!
We honestly thought they wouldn't like it, but surprise surprise. Should have made them tried it microwaved .. then we'd have a totally different video lol
John Deathspell Do yourself a favor and learn to cook. It's cheaper, healthier, and a lot more fulfilling. Of course if you don't have time, then I don't blame you.
Sahil Zubair i do cook man i'm 37, i cook since age 13! but when less money i must buy many ramen noodles, hungry man tv dinners which are very good and 2 other brands as well, and ravioli cans as of october 14th i have been bed ridden till december 14th so i had to stop cooking as i can't stand up or sit up more than 10-15 minutes at a time so yeah....but i do cook, no one cooks for me...
Loved when the girls started mixing the turkey and cranberry with mashed potatoes veggies. It's like they invented Thanksgiving dinner again. Mixing is the way to do it.
The girls are cute as usual. The TV dinners are a basic representation although someone should have told them you can get almost anything frozen in the US from pasta to wontons. Wonder what they'd think of the ultimate frozen cheap meal chicken pot pie? Although my kids go to was a frozen burrito.
2:20 The "This is ... Chocolate!" tickled me. .^_^. Universal ambrosia. A nice video. I enjoyed reading the lovely ladies opinions. When I saw TV dinners I thought you were about to turn them against American food, but it ended well enough.
Yes. Stunning. But I’m loving all these videos; I’ve fallen in love with the Korean people as a whole. Really want to visit now. They all seem so genuinely nice.
btw life hacks: if you take the chocolate brownie out before you cook it it'll be chocolate ice cream and then you can just eat the ice cream while you wait for your food to heat up. :)
but doesnt the brownie mix have raw egg? not like it really matter when your eating a tv dinner, but i should i try that out. I never thought about doing that. I would just put salt aand butter in the potatoes, and salt and pepper on the steak.
I used to make my milkshakes at home with raw eggs. The big problem with a lot of the health issues is people never build up their immune systems. It's a real 1st World problem.
This is great, I love watching them and seeing how they like the food, especially the barba q video. I'm really interested in what they think about chic fil a
i never get tired of watching this.. so refreshing! hope you make more vids like this, brother. i really enjoyed watching it. makes me wanna visit korea again. oh, and please have Ari and Sieah (the 2 extremely adorable girls who gave 100pts on bbq ribs) as food testers and the trio girls as well. especially the one who always drops her food hehe.
Sieah's been busy, so we haven't been able to bring her back. Did you know Ari has her own youtube channel as well? She's got over 400,000+ subscribers
i really respect women who understand value. being thrifty is mostly a dead art in the US. cut a piece of the steak, get a little potato on it, then dip in the gravy. awesome.
I love this series :) I love that Koreans seem to love so many American foods that I wouldn't necessarily think they'd enjoy! It brings a smile to my face when they like certain things.
not that much. Many Koreans find American snacks like cheetos and lays to be too salty. Korean snacks are usually sweet and plain. Maybe these tv dinners were low fat/sodium.
mkunited they had a Salisbury steak dinner. Read the ingredients...soy...soy..soy....= salty,salty,salty-regardless of the amount of sodium....Soy is very salty tasting. that was my point.
i love that they ate the thanksgiving dinner mixed together, that a very american thing imo, i do it every year and some places even sell "thanksgiving sandwiches" in cali now. turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy
The oven ruins the taste. The flavor from the desperation, tears, and loneliness you get with the microwave makes for a completely unique experience.
taxidrivernwo LOL!!
Hahaha
taxidrivernwo perfect comment!!
taxidrivernwo What? 😂😂😂
😂 I'm dead
I like how even though they have no idea about the cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and turkey they realized that it all went well together.
Oros Abaddon Yea xD
Soul food is soul food, whether you're eastern, western, southern or northern.
Yes, but combining the vegetables with it wasn't the best idea. 🤢
Warmed my cold black heart to see them figure that out so fast.
Wanna see a video of them eating Thanksgiving sandwiches next.
Big Dream it’s better with veggies. Mexicans eat with all food together too. Americans like to separate their foods when they eat
nice one, let the girls dress up fancy and give them tv-dinner. hahahaXD
+ricardo22448 we told them they'd be having steak lol
hahahaXDXD good one:P
Not only are they all HOT, they are also cheap dates.
With the exception of the model (we all know who), most Korean girls dress like that normally. The model is the only one that's probably more "nicer" than normal.
@@digitalsoju Cruel. They're thinking "Americans have really crappy steak."
[Nods in Seoul dialect] LOL
xD
[Laughs in cottonmouth] I never realized there were dialectic differences in nodding and laughing, unless they mean that a nod in Korea means something different than in say, the US. If I'm remembering correctly, I recently heard a story of someone spending time in India and the person they were staying with would ask him if he was hungry, the response was yes with a nod, person later finds out the nod is a no, so due to different meanings, prolonged time sitting around waiting to eat, getting hungry, finds out where he was, the head gestures were reverse. to put it very short and not 100% if it was India or not.
🔥🔥🔥
You should cook up a traditional, American Thanksgiving feast for them. Good timing for this month!
+KendowGaming we were planning on it but our big project is in the works and will take at least 3 weeks to edit. December seems too late for a release
Always next year! (A thanksgiving dinner with all the imported ingredients would take awhile to plan anyway)
And traditional Easter dinners are VERY individual by family. Most of the people I know only had a traditional desert and/or main dish - the rest varied by year. Ditto the Christmas and 4th of July feasts.
Especially since turkey is not common there
Not sure if Christmas dinner would have the same effect as Thanksgiving. What do you guys think?
That could work. Be sure to give them a taste of eggnog! :D
3:06 [shrieks in South Korean] i'm dead wth XD
[nods in Seoul dialect]
that subtitle was funny too :)
LateNightCrazies Haha! 7:06 Jieun such a cutie.
LateNightCrazies AYYE JYJ I recognize that picture anywhere
I think it's a response to the "cries in Spanish" meme, which is great.
lol
These girls are great. Can't get enough. Yes they're beautiful but they give good feedback. Entertaining. Thank you

My Strange Addiction: Korean reaction videos.
I love Koreans, they seem so down to Earth and super chill. Definitely on my bucket list
This series is so well produced and I look forward to each one. The girls are always open minded and thorough in their criticism and praise. Great series!
Thanks Daniel!
The production is so high quality! The animation of the logo, the editing, the facts, the end credits and the videography. *.* blows my mind. I know it must take a long time but please make more videos.
Big project in the works :)
these girls are so cute
Cody Closson Yep, I'll watch Korean girls do pretty much anything.
I find it interesting that they sound like they eat big dinners, and yet are all slim. I reckon if they started eating American food in the portions they'd like to, they wouldn't stay slim very long.
Cody Closson There skin tone is the best. I love pale creamy looking skin
Do you think they would be up for TV Dinner and chill?
Cody Closson the one in middle has Adams Apple, look.
Great panelists who provide intelligent, thoughtful opinions and insights. Funny, too. Excellent production all around, too. One of my favorite channels now. Looking forward to more.
+maouAOUT thank you for the kind words!
they're so beautiful with such wonderful personalities
These videos are so fun to watch. It's great seeing such a different and positive perspective of "American" food so I'm glad you guys included TV dinners lol.
I love the girls mannerisms and critiques in all these videos. Excellent temperament and just a delight to watch and at times, they can be quite funny. I laugh with them lol. I always enjoy their comments on the different foods because it's coming from a different perspective.
LOL [Shrieks in South Korean] got me good
Yu-Sun is so pretty when she smiles! The cute dimples.
Check out their Mexican food episode. She is ADORABLE!! 😍😎
I remember tv dinners first came out when I was about 8 years old.
It made me feel fancy and special.
And you ladies are beautiful.
JAMES CLANCY Yeah, as a kid born in the 60’s, I always enjoyed the old fashioned TV dinners. We didn’t usually eat in front of the television, so when we’d break out the TV dinner trays, it was always a special occasion, like a Super Bowl, or movie that was premiering on tv (back before you could rent movies, of course, you’d only see them in theaters or a few years later, on TV).
let the girls eat a traditonal thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings
YESSS!!!
Absolutely. Their minds might get blown if this episode was any indication. Great idea.
Not everyone does it properly and it varies depending on where you live in America. Some people make some down right weird shit for thanksgiving.
Oh boy. You're totally right. I guess I should have specified. Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, green beans wrapped in maple bacon, whipped/mashed potatoes and deviled eggs are stalwart standards in my realm.
They would need an american to make it for them tho to be sure everything was made traditionally
Just started watching these vids. Have them try the frozen pasta tv dinner, if they have not.
That 'shrieks in south korean' was great lmao
I loved the surprise in their voice when they discovered the hidden brownie
they were all funny and nice!
The model is gorgeous !!
Man, I have been WAITING for another one of your vids. Great stuff every time!
Like, my dream is for there to be a Facts.-Style channel but Korea instead of Ireland. This is pretty damn close.
god they are adorable and so well mannered. this was a very well edited/subbed video i might add as well. Wonderful job altogether digitalsoju!
*Shrieks in Korean*
*Nods in Seoul Dialect*
*Gasps in Korean*
You know, the subtitles might be my favorite part of this series.
And honestly? Food is food. It's when you start screwing with family recipes that people get real mad.
I love the caption at 3:07!! Good job Chris!! So funny.
Hey stranger, how are you? It's been awhile
Hi! I'm pretty good and so glad to see you doing well here on RUclips! You are kicking butt and making such great content! Love it :D
the best thing I like about koreans (girls, guys) reacting vids is that they don't over react. you put some americans in front of the camera and they become borderline obnoxious.
They don’t need a camera for that
0:32 that is quite possibly the cutest and most adorable way anyone has ever said 'Chicken Nugget'. I'm in love....
YEY DigitalSoju is back!
^ Out of all things to look at or think about throughout this video, the first thing he looks at is my tongue after eating mashed potatoes....lol
han bang no bro, too busy looking at Lindsay's reaction.
Thanks for grabbing Rudy's sauce!!!!
We're lucky they came on board to represent Texas. Memphis was the only region who didn't represent, but hey we tried.
ALWAYS worth the wait.
2:23 "Choc-O-late?!" That was the most adorable thing ever. :D
yup. you gotta eat the cranberry sauce with the turkey.
Brilliant! I love that they tried the turkey dinner mixed up. It truly is the best way to eat it. There is even a hoagie sammich made of all Thanksgiving leftovers.
Jieun (자이운???) English is pretty good... love these videos, was worried you guys gave up making these.
Jieun is 지은 in Korean
Joohyun Moon thanks, I had no idea how to pronounce it with the English spelling.
[nods in American English]
Gary Smith [British English]
+snakerb, the British would disagree. We speak a different version here.
wow dude, the production value and content quality goes up with each video, I can't wait for the next one.
Thanks Ryan! Guarantee you'll love our next project
Hye Young is so pretty
WB IsMe they're all so pretty~!
I thought this was very entertaining. Living in the US, myself, it's easy to forget just how much variety is in everyday life here. Awesome job, guys. I ran out of videos, way too fast. Looking forward to more.
YES A NEW VIDEO
I very much look forward to what this channel has in store. The end-clip there seems to imply that there's a lot of different kinds of content in the works that that's really exciting. Keep it up Digitalsoju!
I really enjoy these Koreans try videos. I see ya'll have a concept coming I think I'm really going to enjoy. Can't wait.
+kayjmac42 follow us on social media and you'll see some pics on the project rolling out :)
OMFG a new vid!!!! I only discovered these korean girls eat video series 3 weeks ago!!! Theyre so entertaining. And its most of the girls from the Mexican food one!! = D
Love your show!❤❤❤
Just wanted to watch one video, now i'll have to watch all of them and probably get my korean 101 book out again. Darn you Digitalsoju!
~Laughs in Cottonmouth~
Thanks for making my day!
Finally someone!
I read this and wondered...........then I couldn't help but think her eyes looked bloodshot.
I have watched a couple of these videos of the Korean women eating American food and love it , it's great to see others trying different things and enjoying it . I try my best to try different things also and try to get my kids to also because I always say that you don't know what you might be missing out on.
Nah homie ur chickens aren't small ours are just unusually large due to steroids
^ This guy hit the nail on the head haha
I had the same thought lol
cutie1847
yeah, it's the growth hormones and all the unknown junk they give the chiggins when they're still alive that make them so big
big is not necessarily a good thing?
OUR Chickens are RIPPED as HELL!
More flavor
I love these girls, glad their back! Keep tryin stuff please.
instead of calling them TV Dinners, they need to call them Lonely Man Food
More like 'I married an American wife dinner.'
LMAO yesss! DijitalSoju is back! More videos please! I love this show
You guys should do a real American Thanksgiving Dinner!
We were planning on it but our next project is will take a few weeks to edit and won't have time. The video would be out in December and the timing would be off
Digitalsoju TV Christmas dinner then ?
lol, yeah pretty much the same.
I was waiting for a "that's what she said" moment haha. Another great video, keep it up!
Not this time ;)
Please do Koreans try thanksgiving food! (turkey, gravy, mac and cheese, cranberry sauce, stuffing, etc)
sugarwaters don’t forget CORNBREAD
Wow, I was not expecting this to take me back to my childhood as it did. I haven't had one of these meals in a long time, but this video really made me remember and appreciate where I am now in life, as well as reminds me of where I came from. As a child, I loved the brownie and can still remember the taste.
"Shrieks in Korean" Hahahahaha that killed me. XD
thank yp u for your amazing videos I love them all. way better quality than anything buzzfeed.
The fried chicken TV dinners are the only ones I think are acceptable food, but I would live just for the brownie. xD
I would disagree. There are many others that are edible, but nobody should call salisbury steak "steak", because that's just wrong.
+Armygirlsdad Honestly, sometimes TV dinners are better than home cooked food. I have tastebuds for processed food D:
I just had a TV dinner a couple of weeks ago it was turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes on the side. I'm actually eating a Hungry-Man while watching this and now I feel under-dressed.
Great video! The girls are awesome as always. Keep them coming!! Love these videos!!
Nice outro :D
I love every one of these videos I have seen The girl's reactions are priceless.
Drinking game: Take a shot everytime someone says "sauce" in this video.
P.S. Have a nice trip to the hospital. xD
The lady in the green shirt is so lovely!
nothing wrong with combining salty and sweet flavors girls. we like to dip our French fries in our chocolate milkshakes over here. lol
You misspelled "Frosties' mister! >:/
great video as always! the girls were cute and charming. I hope you keep producing videos for a while, the girls' perspective on food is highly interesting!
(shrieks in South Korean) lmao
I hope you guys upload more often. I like these videos.
The happiest you will ever see someone eating a tv dinner. I'm surprised they didn't get scared when they heard how cheap it is.
We honestly thought they wouldn't like it, but surprise surprise. Should have made them tried it microwaved .. then we'd have a totally different video lol

Frozen burritos are a good idea :)
TT Johns
"The Bomb" red chile microwaveable large burritos, found at gas station convenience stores are, well, The Bomb!
2:20 The "This is ... Chocolate!" tickled me. .^_^. Universal ambrosia. A nice video. I enjoyed reading the lovely ladies opinions. When I saw TV dinners I thought you were about to turn them against American food, but it ended well enough.
These videos are hilarious, and some of the most gorgeous women I've ever seen doesn't hurt either!
Yes. Stunning. But I’m loving all these videos; I’ve fallen in love with the Korean people as a whole. Really want to visit now. They all seem so genuinely nice.
Smart girls nailed it on combining the Thanksgiving food, that's exactly what you are supposed to do!
btw life hacks: if you take the chocolate brownie out before you cook it it'll be chocolate ice cream and then you can just eat the ice cream while you wait for your food to heat up. :)
i have no idea how i do it, my brownie comes out all fucked up, burnt and slimy, but the other food is fine
but doesnt the brownie mix have raw egg? not like it really matter when your eating a tv dinner, but i should i try that out. I never thought about doing that. I would just put salt aand butter in the potatoes, and salt and pepper on the steak.

Glad to see the internet has already made a [laughs in Cottonmouth] meme lol:
www.memes.com/img/1240677
6:40 I give you the creation of the turkey taco and it's maker!
Koreans try Thanksgiving food!!!
But only after extensive research because that's the best damn meal of the year in the US
This is great, I love watching them and seeing how they like the food, especially the barba q video. I'm really interested in what they think about chic fil a
What other foods are going to appear next?... You guys haven't done pasta yet so is that going to be the next food on the list?
+Warmach1ne 32 has to be pasta most people haven't tried.
so.. Italian or Chinese or both?
Digitalsoju TV How about southern food. Biscuits and gravy, collard greens, et al?
Is that available in SKorea?
***** unfortunately no ones done it. Biscuits and gravy yes, but nothing else. We'd love to do soul food or something similar.
i never get tired of watching this.. so refreshing! hope you make more vids like this, brother. i really enjoyed watching it. makes me wanna visit korea again. oh, and please have Ari and Sieah (the 2 extremely adorable girls who gave 100pts on bbq ribs) as food testers and the trio girls as well. especially the one who always drops her food hehe.
Sieah's been busy, so we haven't been able to bring her back. Did you know Ari has her own youtube channel as well? She's got over 400,000+ subscribers
Digitalsoju TV Sieah's busy? that's discouraging.. :(
Digitalsoju TV i'm one of Ari's 400,000+ subscribers. could use english subs on her old posts
next episode should be a traditional thanksgiving dinner
We were planning on it but due to our current project the timing would be off. It'd come out in December
Thanks for replying. Love the videos. Seeing these has inspired me to learn korean.
+Rubber On The Road would people still watch a thanksgiving video on another month? If not probably best to wait till next year.
Yeah they would watch it on another month. I believe they would understand the delay.
I love!! How the two ladies were surprised that it was a chocolate brownie!!
Idea: Korean girls try US Military MREs
CalVeteran They could only do one though, because of the sheer amount of calories.
Though dressing them in uniforms would be cute.
That's a good idea lol
I miss Korean friend chicken so much! Great video!
[Nods in Seoul dialect]
i really respect women who understand value. being thrifty is mostly a dead art in the US. cut a piece of the steak, get a little potato on it, then dip in the gravy. awesome.
"[Laughs in Cottonmouth]" Lol, what are these subtitles?

I love this series :) I love that Koreans seem to love so many American foods that I wouldn't necessarily think they'd enjoy! It brings a smile to my face when they like certain things.
It's pretty sad that watching this made me hungry. I'M THAT CHEAP.
+lirukeda no shame in that. Some of them are pretty decent in the oven lol
Nastolgic factor for me too
Great video! Thanks!
How much salt does a Korean consume, that a t.v. dinner salisbury steak is bland? I mean it is more soy than meat. Love the channel though.
No it's not. It's french onion soup, hamburger, egg, salt, pepper and few other things. Absolutely no soy involved.
You're right a tv dinner is loaded with salt. I think Koreans use quite a bit of salt. They also use MSG like a lot of Asian cooking.
TT Johns
Chinese use the most MSG
not that much. Many Koreans find American snacks like cheetos and lays to be too salty. Korean snacks are usually sweet and plain. Maybe these tv dinners were low fat/sodium.
mkunited
they had a Salisbury steak dinner. Read the ingredients...soy...soy..soy....= salty,salty,salty-regardless of the amount of sodium....Soy is very salty tasting. that was my point.
i love that they ate the thanksgiving dinner mixed together, that a very american thing imo, i do it every year and some places even sell "thanksgiving sandwiches" in cali now. turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy
proves that people are just a little pretentious when they look down on frozennfood
Now I really want to try one of these
I demand dibs on all the women in the video.
The women all called dibs on me first.
Dennis Kurama i assume anyone who says dibs is a virgin
I would love to C more Korean girls try...plzzz...
i've already watched the other Korean girls try :D
