Think you missed what really happened. The doctor gave him something that made his eye irritate him more and made him edgy. The doctor then called the police on him. Peep how the doctor was all jumpy. Dropped the needle...couldn't find his veins. Then when Modie asked if he was gonna fix his eye, the doc was like "oh yeah...your eye." I wouldn't be surprised if Jermaine set him up because he knew Modie wasn't going to pay him the money he owed him and he'd be a constant pain in the ass, hampering his business as an agent.
Not Possible Throughout This Whole Ordeal They Show Jermaine Clearly Telling The Old Dodgy Bastard That Modies Eye Needs Fixing And Obviously You Can See It All For Yourself It Was The Girl Who Snitched As For His Eye It Could Be That His Eye Is Simply Adjusting To The Shot The Doc Gave Or Maybe I Believe The Infection Got Even Far Worse Than It Was Supposed To Be So He Had To Deal With That Unfortunately.

Modie’s character was terrible, just a complete over-the-top cartoon character with absolutely no depth. It made the show seem unrealistic and everyone sucking up to Dave about his performance must have no idea what it takes to act well. He acted wild and crazy for his 8 minutes of screen-time and his character showed no development or depth, it’s hardly Denzel Washington. Don’t tell me ‘well it’s his first acting role’ I don’t care - there are plenty of good actors who never get a shot and just because Dave is a very good musician and he’s friends with Drake he get’s a role - it’s not fair. It’s just because it’s Dave people are dick-riding his performance. Kano’s performance is worth talking about because his character Sunny showed that Kano could genuinely act really well

I feel like this character was pointless. Like in terms of the whole narrative, he didn’t add anything except give Dave a part to play.
Well I guess he was there mostly to make it harder on Jamie and sully in prison. They killed him way to soon and could of done a lot more in the series.
As in you could have removed his whole character from the show and it wouldn’t have made a difference. The main conflict was Jamie vs Dushane, stuff with Modie just padded out the length of season.
Still a phenomenal season though 🙌
