    I think the lack of fighting at the front this race proves that the current era of f1 isn’t predictable because of max it’s predictable because of the clean air p1 gets unfortunately I think these cars have run into the same problem they were designed to fix

    • @Appletank8
      @Appletank8 Месяц назад +6

      IMO it's an issue F1 flirts with year after year by design.
      1, open development means cools car and stinker cars alike. If your engineers go down a bad path, it's going to take a lot of time and money to claw out of it. Meanwhile on the track, drivers can only extract so much out of a poor car, and distances between them separate.
      2, As long as a significant amount of grip comes from over body aero, getting close enough to pass will always be difficult. Every time a racing series tries out a giant wing, they find out that following becomes terrible.

    • @EmVRiaves
      @EmVRiaves Месяц назад

      the races have become way too predictable. the teams getting points are basicly decided unless there is a mechanical problem, if verstappen and both mercs didnt DNF, haas and RB wouldn't have had any points. most fights were again for P12 this race with P1-5 decided after half the race.

    • @reid1420
      @reid1420 Месяц назад

      Also, the fact that they're not as nimble as prior years. I've noticed drivers don't really go side by side into certain corners, even when the speed is lower than usual. And they always try to save tyres so conceding is better strategically than fight for position. That's just some stuff 've observed but I could be wrong

    I have the feeling THIS TIME it would have been a better race WITH Max. I think there could have been some action really. I don't care if Ferrari, Mercedes or who ever will be dominant. But I want to see some racing. Some fighting on the track. But now we don't have anything like that.
