    Why do u use expanding foam and not q cell?

      Bigger cavities like fin boxes and large dings it’s best to use use foam because surfboards are made from foam, keeps the board light. You’re not pouring heaps of resin into the cavity. I do use resin/qcell for small dings and usually a thin layer over the expanding foam before fiberglass
