Ingenious! I’ve stopped making afghans with square blocks because I hate sewing them together. After watching your tutorial I’m going back to them! 🇨🇦 🌈 🧶 😍
Love it. My plan is to make each center Starburst in different color yarns but will join with white. I've made so many afghans I am running out of space and needed something other than a square or hexagon granny to work with this time. Thanks for tutorial. Looks so EASY!!!
Thank you for this tutorial, do you know how I could join the two outer spaces so it doesn't stay like a rounded triangle? (Once the blanket is done I'd like to join these spots and then do a few rows for a border)
You can join them in the same way you join the other squares, except you would be joining adjacent rather than across. If you need a video, I would be happy to make one for you.
@@Bucket_And_Twine could I please ask if you could make a tutorial on joining the outside edges and possibly a suitable edge? Im really looking forward to trying this ☺
Thanks for this tutorial! :) You're a great teacher. I had made another pattern for the Starburst Granny Square and slip stitched them all together, but I found your video so making another blanket for a friend and going to join them as I go. I'm glad I found your video. I was wondering mine have ch3 in the corners would I chain2 then chanin 1 to close. Thanks again :)
This is a great tutorial! Thank you so much. I just learned to make the Starburst squares and now I can join as I go. Is there a way to connect the corners on the top, bottom and sides of the balnket? I may have missed that. Thanks again :)
This is a great video and a good way to attach squares, but BEWARE when attaching your very last round of squares as you have to join the edges and corners as you go. Dont make the same mistake that I did and have to crochet 44 more squares

What border do you recommend for the all around blanket? I’m not sure I understand what to do with the loose corners after the blanket is all joined.
Thank YOU now how do we connect the rest ???
The same way.

@@charlottebarnes6761, I usually do a few rows of single stitch ending with a reverse slipstitch all the way around.
