I went back and analyzed everything. 1) he racked the bar high on his shoulders. This makes the lift much harder. 2) he stayed vertical on all reps. Nothing but major quad strength and tremendous core strength. 3) his depth was well below parallel. And lastly no belt and I think no knee wraps, which makes this a feat that very few humans can do. Barkley will end up being a legend along side Walter Peyton and Barry Sanders.
@@JS_the_2nd I can confirm Highbar is harder to maintain position. Lowbar involves a bit more posterior chain as well. This is why most powerlifters squat lowbar.

Looks like a N.Y. Giant.
Dicky Ball SON!! HE'S GOIN TO THE LAKERS!!!
Lavar Ball, he can probably do that, too, Pops.
Oh i thought he was going to the New York Yankees not the Lakers or Giants
Julio, you're free to think.
Now he’s an eagle
RIP them Knees
Why?
My knees are straight bone on bone..I know that's right!!
Proper squats make your knees stronger
Troy Foley because when you go that heavy when squatting your knee cartiliage and ligaments can be severely damaged.
You have no idea wtf you are talking about do you ? You realize there is an entire field called strength and conditioning that recommends back squats for strength athletes right?
Hes not even bracing properly and reps 495. Alien DNA
Saquads?
This is super strength plus mighty will power.
Not hating but why not just make it an even 500... sounds better than 495
495 is easier since you just have to stack 45s on each side
That’s my #1 pick right there! 😎
If football doesn’t workout he should get into powerlifting
BeesKnees I think it already worked out
This man is high bar torching a 5 plate squat without a belt...
NUTS. ABSOLUTELY NUTS.
Here’s a hate comment, he’s being helped by the coach! 😂
HamFamily you’re funny dude
Stay healthy Saquon.
The creepy old man had access to the weight room.
I’m 22 years old and just started squatting 405 for reps after lifting for 6 years. This feat of Saquon strength is another level. I still haven’t hit 495 for one rep…
