With the new 8 slot super heavy semi-trailer, the kolobs are much more useful than the azov 4220. While the 4220 has the largest tires of the lot, & the strongest engine, it will only pull 6 slots (2 bed + 4 trailer). Now, the kolobs can haul 8 slots.
Ok this is true but the 8 slot trailers are a pain in the ass to maneuver in my experience I still like the kolob and I respect your opinion but I feel like scene it have the ability to carry repair points and gas’s Along with the cargo you can carry the above all s more useful still like the beastly kolobs though
@@bodievian2956 I find the 8 slot trailer is best used in coop mode. That way one person can drive a Kolob pulling just about anything through everything, and someone else can follow them with a service truck for fuel and to help winch the trailer around tight corners.
Great video. Though maybe for a next video consider doing a roll-over test, although that might be hard to consistently repeat between vehicles. Maybe add a heavy semi-trailer instead of a regular trailer to the tests, doesn't have to be the 8 slot one, but something like the big ramped semi trailer with another truck on it would be nice. And for gear selection, I'd just use whatever gear is most appropriate for a specific truck. Keeping it in Auto or High gives quite an advantage to trucks with always on diff lock like the 74760 over trucks that need to be in Low for diff lock like the 74941. A 74760 in High gear is most likely going to be faster than a 74961, which makes sense game balance wise. But a 74961 in Low+ with locked diff can often be faster than that same 74961 in Auto or High.
but you can get the 74941 VERY EARLY in the game, even at level 2 or 3, just travel to russia, buy one and come back to michigan with an unstoppable monster
@@KHphotography964 That's the point. The P16 is pretty dang useless if you ask me. But it's very easy to get to, it needs no repairs or anything. So you can just drive there, collect it and sell it. When you've sold it, you will have plenty of cash to buy a Kolob 74961. So you trade in one of the most useless trucks for one of the most useful. And all it requires is a 30 minute drive in a scout to do it.
74760 is much better than Antarctic. For example, 74760 hasn't any damage in deep water test. It can win stability test easily. It has little radius of turning.

On paper the Azov is amazing... In reality it's horrible in everything except driving through snow. Super easy to flip, addons are not good, the steering is bad, easily gets damaged and it's very top heavy in adition to a narrow frame.

Kolob74941 is better because you can buy that truck early on in game you can't straight up go and buy azov or other kolob because they are rank blocked and for what you pay at the begging of the game for kolab 74941 is a hell of a deal
azov is kinda a joke truck considering it's only advantage is driving in a straight line and if it has to turn to drive over uneven terrain it will flip every single time with zero stability even among beginner trucks 😢
Would love to see this done again with the new active suspension for the KOLOB trucks

Now that the KOLOB 74760 has a raised suspension it's a freaking beast and can't be stopped. By far the best for heavy hauling.

the snorkel still is a lot higher than the water yet its still taking engine damage in the azov antartic
after the suspension uprade and gearbox the kolobs kill shit

all trucks start tests with the differential lock engaged.

In some tests they are in AUTO GEAR, in other tests they are in LOW GEAR.
azov had always awd but have to put in low for diff lock.
It's honestly beyond me that Kamaz, Ural and other Russian truck manufacturers didn't try to sue the developers of the game
The engines get damaged way too easy, it was the same in mudrunner. A little twig would damage the engine.
