Hey you scrolling tru the comment! Drink some water and have a nice day!
Already drinking some, my friend!
Thank you for reminding me!
I will, thanks
Shock Jockey was practically a god send on my recent 1999 playthrough of the game. Left a whole bunch of shock traps and that was enough for me to deal with waves of Vox just coming after my ship.
Shock Jokey, Devil’s Kiss, and Murder of Crows are great Vigors.
Undertow, Old Man Winter, and Peeping Tom are all great Vigors/Plasmids as well.
I’ve hardly ever used Ironsides, I might have to try it again.
Charge is another one I rarely used.
Bucking Bronco and Possession I used sometimes, but not all the time.
I didn't use Ironsides or Return to Sender until people kept commenting about it... I'm glad I listening.
Most of the vigirs that aren't repurposed from the first 2 games feel kind of irrelevant ( possession and bucking bronco are exceptions)
Shock Jockey and Undertow are my favorites
Not bad choices.
Thank you for the video, Erik! It's always interesting to see how other people approach combat.
What I found most useful;
6. Murder of Crows
5. Devil's Kiss
4. Possession
3. Undertow
2. Bucking Bronco
1. Shock Jockey
Playing on 1999 mode, I have found Return to Sender to be too situational (1v1). Devil's Kiss is great for dealing with boss fights, clustered groups, and turrets. Undertow is a godsend fighting the handymen and the Heavy RPG soldiers. Possession draws fire away from you (also great for dealing with RPG soldiers when they do themselves in at the end). Shock Jockey and Bucking bronco give you the breathing room you desperately need in a pinch to aim for the head, or recover tactically.
And thank you for the comment my friend!
I always had a super hard time with that last airship battle, and I had no idea about that trick with Return to Sender!
I should so try that on my next playthrough
1. Undertow melts Patriots, allows you to pull any enemy and push most of them out of the sky. I highly encourage it, especially during the dropship battle before you board Comstock's ship.
2. I highly encourage you to play Burial at Sea Episode 2 on the 1998 mode without the Peeping Tom, the excellent sound design and enemy patterns alone would be your best friend. Doing this alone helped me love both Burial at Sea and Minerva's Den equally.
3. Old Man Winter is very handy, especially on Episode 2 to freeze an enemy, smack them and you would be able to knock them out without any issue. It's also great in Episode 1, especially when you combine it with the Shotgun.
I've been wanting the collection of this game on switch
Great video my friend I’ve only played through bioshock infinite one time through so I appreciate the information you give my friend I’ll defo give it a go when I play it a second time :)
Bucking bronco with charge and devil's kiss with charge and a shotgun is the best combination. Always work in CitC
I love Charge!
My first playthrough I used Shock Jockey and Devil's Kiss as I was accustomed to using their equivalents in BS 1&2 but I have found that Bucking Bronco is really good, it has a low salt cost and it can put several swarming enemies up in the air, when up close a shotgun blast can kill several enemies at once. It also gives you some time for headshots to conserve ammo
I can’t tell if I want the bees back or to get a newer version like the crows in Bioshock 4
I'd like a new version honestly.
I feel like crows is a bit overpowered
@@TheBioshockHub give us the birds and bees plasmid/vigor, distracts the enemy and makes them horny
@@TheBioshockHub Combine it with Possession and spray them with horrible brain-digging worms like The Strain, boom, whole new thing
hmm how about crows with bees in their mouths
Great work as always , Erik! 😊
I replayed Infinite only last week and honestly I regret not using return to sender in my last play through or even in most of this one. I played on a harder difficultly and found the final battle so tricky (alongside Lady Comstock) but as soon as I used the return to sender vigor, things became so much easier.
I love vigors, it just gives them...this kinda personality, like how the bottles are made and stuff. I also love that the vigors have their own cutscenes, from when you drink it. And OH GOD I JUST LOVE VIGORS!!!
you forgot to say that return to sender also gets stronger the more you absorb bullets with it.
Man I can't wait to see the new game's vigors/plasmids
I just want some sort of information about the game lol. I'll take anything at this point!!!
@@TheBioshockHub I'm the same with gow 5 😅
@@KaptainKuba I don't blame you. The last one was incredible.
I spent most of my time with Shock Jockey and Murder of Crows. Loved this game!
Did you know you can technically get Bucking Bronco as your second vigor, but you will need to do a glitch to do it.
The one in the Fair? I tried doing it, but failed horribly.
Can't you get it as your first vigor in the fair
I played the game almost basic pistol and mainly with the hook weapon since I equiped the stuff that gives u a speed boost after searching a body, and later on the vampire thing that heals u after a kill with that so I mainly used Charge since it also helped me restore health, return to sender cause it's incredibly good, murder of crow cause it's a beeter version of the insect swarm and the water thing to get far away enemies. But I did use alot posesion when I was finally able to afford both the upgrade and find it again cause it wasn't available for an entire chapter
I would have loved to see a vigor for intangibility.
How do you think that would work in a Bioshock? I'm trying to think of a potential Plasmid/Vigor with an effect like that, but I'm not sure.
@@TheBioshockHub I think that might be too OP. Maybe a defensive vigor... when the battle is too intense, you could just use it to negate damage temporarily.
@@BaranLordofLight I'm sure it could have a place, I'm just trying to think of how. If that makes sense.
It could also work as a key to secret areas.
Return to sender is amazing on high difficulty especialy if you overwhelmed by a large group you don't even have to fire a bullet
Also for the lady comstock fight it's very good because you avoid all damage while throwing all that damage back
Charge is a must for me,with the right gear you're almost invincible. Lady comstock is despatched in 20 seconds on 1999 mode. Undertow is perfect for snipers, pull them in and murder easily.
Charge is personally my favorite.
If you upgrade Charge it becomes really easy to beat Lady Comstock. Upgrade it for invincibility on hit and secondary explosions (similar to upgraded Devil's Kiss) and it doesn't take long to kill her.
I know :) It's my favorite one to use and I used that in my Sky-Hook only playthrough mostly.
The thing about Vigors and Plasmids, is that they all have their own playstyles that anyone can use.
Possession is great for those wanting to deal with their foes with a bit of stealth.
Devils Kiss and Murder Of Crows is great for when you want to cause a lot of damage in a small space.
Shock Jockey and Undertow are great for those who love run-and-gun; plus electricity mixed with water is never a bad thing in video games.
Watch the video all the way through! Also, let me know you list!
Didn't see a prize
@@jacobjones51 It was going to be a shoutout to the first person who mentioned it. Congrats btw! (also, I was going to pin the comment too.)
Wait what is the prize did I win
Ok
@@jacobjones51 I responded to your question. I was going to pin the comment who noticed it first and shout them out.
I keep forgetting to combine Vigors and IMHO the Vigors have much cooler names then Plasmids... and the fact that Vigors don't turn you into a junkie.
I can't give a list because each of us use Vigors different or in different situations. Though i should try that Devils Kiss idea for Lady Comstock. She made me pull my hair and aged me 10 years.
Lady Comstock is so annoying.
What a great video you make such great Content erik
Really can’t wait until the next livestream! Hope you’re doing well!
Next stream will be tomorrow :)
TheBioshockHub Let’s get it!
Yo we need the best tonics in Bioshock 2
It would be somuch fun to combine everything.
You should try them out that would be cool
AWESOME VIDEO BRO! And first of all I wish you put possession on the list. And second of all can you now do all upgraded weapons on Bioshock 2 and Infinite?
There's these Vending Machines that you can get your weapon and Vigor upgrades.
I know.
@@fatalwaffle1715 I read that wrong. Possibly, I'm not sure if I want to do that as a video.
Why aren't you sure?
charge upgraded grants invisibility. Not to mention if you use brittle skin, it creates easier kills
Murder of Crows + Devil's Kiss
Shock Jockey + Murder of Crows
Bucking Bronco + Undertow near ledges or groups of enemies
Possession + ANY WEAPON/VIGOR
For me, MoC, DK and BB are the top three for me
SJ has a lot of use for me (basically BB for partriots and handymen), and charge is fun to use
Undertow and RTS are really cool concepts, but i dont really use them that much
Possession i only use on vendors and rocket turrets
I haven't played Bioshock yet but the vigors you you'd look really good and probably would be my favorite
I would definitely play them if you have the opportunity. Just PLEASE make sure to play them in order.
I honestly don't understand your liking of the bees, but the murder of crows is awesome.
Question-Did Andrew Ryan know atlas was frank ? Because he always said atlas not Fontaine. He had the Audio diaries from Fontaine futuristic about jack and stuff
👏 thank you bioshock hub for making videos that make my day
Welcome
Bioshock content in modern day??? Impossible! This is actually one of my favorite games, even if the story has a few weird bits
Bucking bronco/ telekinesis are my favorite plasmid/vigor, and I use undertow mixed with shock jockey on patriots and then I can pop them in the head with a sniper.
Charge is very powerful. I destroy the Handyman and lady Comstock so easily. Combine it with blood for salts and brittle skin and I could clear rooms with that.
I also love Undertow when I combo it with shock jockey. Set up some shock traps and pull a group of enemies into it.
I like to combo bucking bronco or Undertow with charge.
I love Charge. (I have a tattoo of the logo :D )
i love return to sender and devil's kiss and also shock jockey.
I’m so happy Bioshock 4 is coming. My absolute favorite games ever.
I just hope we can get some official info on the game soon buddy! I can't wait either.
@@TheBioshockHub I know! I don’t want them to rush tho, I want a perfect game. Kinda weird that Ken Levine isn’t working on it but I am happy that most of the team is from the original games.
murder of crows and bucking bronco for infantry enemies, charge for out of range snipers, undertow for melee kills, possession for help, and I guess the rest for boss battles. All in all great abilities 👍
There's definitely a use for all of them. I'm just not sure why, but I never use Undertow.
I mean it’s good but it doesn’t do any damage so I guess some people kinda forget to use it I guess
Actually no scratch that use undertow if your near a ledge or an a drop ship it’s so useful for knocking people off
@@bouncer5764 That would be the only plausible thing I'd do with it. I just don't think it fits my style of play.
I have another video idea for you, the Whales family in Bioshock 2
Working on that!
True, everybody can drinkable Vigors than injectable Plasmids as well. Thanks for remind me " Make sure your combining Vigors together"
🍻 Let's have a drink, cheers!
Cheers!
You missed literally the most op vigor combo in the game shock jocky trap at feet and grab enemies with undertow you can clear rooms in like two seconds
If you have the undertow vigor with bucking bronco with the shotgun and hand Cannon you're basically invincible
I need to give that a shot honestly.
If you spam devils kiss and the volley gun it’s OP
Another thing that doesn't make sense is, y not have your daughter open up a tier to Paris and just escape and enjoy life? Unless the bird protector would find u, who knows...
What is the difference between iron sight and return to sender? It has the same effect (once fully upgraded atleast) but return to sender looks cooler
Essentially it's the same, but Ironsides gives you ammo.
@@TheBioshockHub you can upgrade return to sender to do that right? You should know this😋
Charge, the only one not mentioned
Murder of Crows is pretty cool, aswell as Peeping Tom from Burial at Sea!
I love me my Murder of Crows :)
I will give Infinite this. I used every single vigor almost equally! All of them had their uses, and I never felt like I settled in just one play style. The weapons however... haha it’s the opposite of BioShock 1
God... Don't get me started on things like the Burstgun... That crosshair/reticle is awful.
Hey gent, you should do a video on bioshock 4 when new content about it comes out.
I'll be right on top of it.
Any chance u might do a vid on the Bioshock Remastered trials? I legit can't complete the expert-worlds of hurt trial which you have to finish in 15 mins on medium or higher difficulty on Xbox..if u are up to the challenge of making a tutorial on it id legit be super stoked :^) pls?
I'll be streaming the protector trials tonight, but in terms of BIoshock 1's "Additional Content", I'm not sure.
@@TheBioshockHub I'll come by the stream regardless. Thanks!
Now, i am no fan of the game, but i really liked "Murder of crows" and the "Water vigor" i dont remember the name?
I love Bucking Bronco
A Vigor is a drinkable Plasmid in a fancy bottle
true
WTF? Return to sender is great for the final battel, but sucks cuz you get it late, and that's it. Possession is the GOAT Vigor of Bioshock infinite... Yes, it uses a lot of salts, but charging it at a group causes at least two to commit suicide almost immediately and one to become your temporary ally. It is literally the most useful Vigor in the game how the heck did it not get on this list. Possession all the time, Murder of Crows for Handymen, Shock Jockey for Patriots, then its a tie between Bucking Bronco and Devil's Kiss.
The Return Of Sender that my Favorite... Like KAMEHAMEHA
undertow and bronco is favorite
My favorite is Murder of Crows and Shock Jockey
Nice!
the teaser website was updated again I think the stars are moving can tell if its 2k editing the image
I'll need to check that out. Thank you!
@@TheBioshockHub np
Nut
Lol.
With that sniper skill who needs any vigor?
Return to sender is without a doubt the best
It's incredible.
Try them
Devil's kiss maxed out
No mention of possession ? The thing is downright broken
started playing Infinite for the first time
I hope you'll enjoy it Logan!
@@TheBioshockHub yeah its been fun so far
oops all crows
dude undertow is insane
I'm still trying to learn how to properly use it when I play Infinite. I just suck with it.
I get you it takes some practice, use the first function to push back groups of enemies or some hard hitters (like a zealot of the lady) hence getting them off your back and leaving them vulnerable (like sonic boom in the first game) Use the charged function to pull snipers or other enemies close to you. (this works well with the shotgun or heater because of the close range damage) alternatively i recommend using the charged function against handymen because it leaves their heart vulnerable for a few seconds. I hope this mini tutorial teaches you two things, one how to use undertow and, two how much i love it. I would also suggest an infinite video on gear, maybe a tier list or just a normal list?
@@JimtheFish0451 Thank you for the tips. And I'm working on a few Infinite videos right now, I'll put that on the list too. Thank you again.
I am a minority. I love using charge and shotgun. It is marvellous.
That's my favorite combo too :)
You're welcome
:D
@@TheBioshockHub :)
Actually there's 8
would you kindly, omg dude you didnt just said that
How are you gonna make a top 6 list when there’s only 8 to begin with?
Breath
I do lol. I cut my audio.
TheBioshockHub ok
TheBioshockHub I just said breath randomly I didn’t think you would respond
@@Oldmankrabs083 Come on lol, I always try to respond.
TheBioshockHub i know i know
Just as an FYI, probably not a good idea to show scenes from the last 1/4 of the game, yeah? :/
It’s almost a decade old lmao
isn't ironsides the same as return to sender?
