Hi! I use these equipment too. How can I avoid losing the touch sensitivity? Shall I avoid chainging the polarizer? Every screen repair for iPhone that we perform had that result so far.
You have nice job ,I change front screen glass for iphone 4s too many times , but always I get like liquid in said the lcd screen . what the reason. you think it from the machine too much hot' or because the liquid cleaner ( used to clean the lcd screen )
I live in Killeen not to far away from the Killeen mall. I was wondering if you guys fix apple watches. The glass is cracked and it needs to be replaced, I have found digitizer and glass replacements but no luck full assembly replacements. People are saying it's hard to separate the glass from the LCD. Was wondering if you guys do that and how much you would charge??? If not it's fine, I fix all kids of electronics in my free time and this would be fun to give a go.
Hi there We were wondering what adhesive you use? In many cases, doing this has resulted in tiny bubbles coming back after an hour or so. We have attempted using adhesive to seal the screen so that no bubbles could form but to no avail. Could you give us some advise please?
Hi :) Can you tell me a bit confused, OCA/LOCA lamination, why can't you just put the lamination on with the machine, press them together with a roller or whatever, then use a UV curer?
Hi, you have great Videos! But I need your help: when I put the polarised sheet on the LCD iphone 6, the LDC won't work, If I remove the polarised sheet the iPhone works again. Do you know how to fix this? I have tried many times with different polarised, yet I cant get the iPhone to work. Any light would be appreciated.
+Eric Thomas you just need to warm it first for seconds on the machine and very easy to take off.for more information, welcome to contact us with whatsapp +86-15889548883, skype:jenny_5066, thanks!
+A & L Cell Phone Repair actually you need to change the polarizer which is very cheap and good quality as normally when removing glue, very easy to damage polarizer, actually now we have automatic glue remover can protect polarizer and remove very clear and fast, welcome to contact us with whatsapp +86-15889548883, skype:jenny_5066, thanks!
+John Barzee If you are doing potentionally thousands of screens a month, (think apple service center) then refurbishing the LCD and buying a glass for $5 would be much, much cheaper in the longrun.
John buying a replacement screen for 25 dollar wont be the same quality as the original screen, Yes its cheaper and convenient, Where as having your original screen refurbished will allow you to have your home buttonfinger print sensor, The home button sensor on the i6 i6s plus etc don't seem to engage with coppied LCD
Where you bought your machine ? I have a similar machine to yours and sometimes the screens are damaged during the process , do you advise me ? What advice would you give me or recommend me do to improve my work, thank you very much :)
How do you glue the refurbished screen back to the subframe? Because I had lots of trouble with "new OEM grade A blabla" iPhone 6 screens where the glass came loose from the plastic frame after a few weeks. I finally have a supplier where this doesn't happen at all, but I'd like to know what kind of glue is used best to bond glass to frame. Thanks
Thanks for the video. I have a question has this been benefited you in your repair business. I am looking to increase my margin. Please let me know the pros and cons of all of this machines you show on your videos. Thanks
Dewayne Mcdaniel it's a must if u have a repair shop.. i refurbish my screens with machines similar to these... i've had them for about a month and already made about half my investment.

Hi i have a problem when I take out the ready screen from Autoclave it is OK no bubbles but after couple of minutes small bubbles on the edges of the screen appeared. Could you tell me please what could be a problem. I am using 250um OCA stickers?Out of 20 screens 18 have bubbles on the edge.
+Petko Kirilov Ya, some of my customers talked about the same problem recently. Maybe it is the problem of oca. You can judge the OCA quality from viscosity, smell(sour and faint scent) and transparency. It is also related with room temperate. After you do bubble LCD once again, the bubble won't appear again. For more information, welcome to contact Amy. Whatsapp: 0086 18913156491 Email/Skype: amy@tuolitech.com.

Hi there, I have started OCA refurbishing and has being going okay. I've done a few 5 series successfully and a few Samsungs. I don't really have any problems with the whole process except one or two things. Do you have any advice on re-adding the anti static line on the iPhone 5 and 6? Also, do you have any tips on prevent cleaning liquids to getting in the backlight I know there probably isn't much chance of a reply but I would appreciate any advice you have Thanks a lot! :)
+254Repair - Cell Phone & Computers ah sorry i realsied you just cleaned the polarizer instead of removing it, if you remove the polarizer you remove the anti static line on the polarizer, thanks for your reply anyway, i appreciate it

Эльдар Тайлов I had the same problem, and no-one knew the answer. but i think i figured it out. the problem is with the OCA not being thick enough between the glass and the polarizer. the solution is to use 300um OCA. I converted to it and have not seen a single bubble since.

+EDUARDO JOSE FLORES Do you mean when you laminate OCA with front glass or polarizer with LCD? Our OCA machine have marked the right position. I can send you photo if you are interested in. Amy whatsapp: 0086 18913156491.
bad4health please tell me where.. ip 5, 5c, 5s screen prices have gone up these past few weeks to over 45.00 ip 6 lcd's are still 50.00 and 6+ are over 70.00. You can also refurbish other lcds like LG G2, G3, and nexus lcd's.. i guess what i'm trying to tell you is.. don't be ignorant. you look like an idiot when you post on something you clearly have no idea of..
hkdaijobu Temporary indeed, it's been over 2 weeks since your post, 3 weeks since mine. prices still up, i already made my money back from all machines i use to refurbish. I can refurbish 1 screen completely in 15 to 20 min tops doing 4 to 6 in an hour. the point of the machines is to do it fast, do it clean, and do it right the first time. You're right, screen prices will eventually come down for iphone 5's, but, for other models like lg's, or iphone 6, 6+,, they will remain at 50.00+ for a while. then a new iphone will come out, and well, you know the process. These machines have now given me the edge in repairs over all my local competition. i have managed to keep my prices down, and give customers more options when it comes down to repairs. :) If you own a repair shop and you don't see the value, then perhaps you're not looking to make money...
Too much heat doesn't damage the LCD. It degrades the polarizer. If you see a yellowish color on your screen you can remove the polarizer film and buy a new one for guess how much???? $1!!!! Remove the glue carefully and reapply the new polarizer film and voila!!! LCD is good as new. :) Cheers!!!
shawn perez Can I ask You a question? Where is the polarizer and OCA in this ??? This guy used OCA in the video. But when do You apply Polarizer?? to the glass or the LCD??? or is it in the place of oca???
Okay to answer your question. .. In this video he only removes the glass. The polarizer and the digitizer stay with the LCD and backlight. He uses OCA instead if LOCA because he has some good equipment and doesn't want th e hassle of removing the light box from the back if the LCD. If you are a 'Do It Yourselfer' and you want to do a glass only repair in any iPhone you will need to use LOCA. But you need to desolder the backlight and store it in a clean dry place because anything that gets on the light side if the backlight will cause shadowing on your screen after the repair. Once you have removed the backlight from the LCD you will want to be very careful not to touch the back if the LCD and always wear latex gloves. Also cover the back if the LCD with some 2" packing tape so that when you apply the LOCA you won't have to do as much cleaning before you reattach the backlight. This is a tedious repair but as long as you have the right tools its really not that difficult.
Oh and the polarizer is just under the glue that he is scraping away and the OCA is that rectangular piece if what looks like clear tape that he applies with the chrome machine with blue tubing.
shawn perez Thanks a lot Shawn for the reply. I highly appreciate that. I'm a kind of do it Yourself guy. I do have the Solder iron, Kester 63/37 solder. So I want to look at a video which shows the procedure You just said. But unable to find videos for that. Everyone is using the costly equipment. I'm not into this cellphone repair business. The main reason I'm looking at doing this myself is, if I break the glass in the future, I can do it myself, instead of going to a repair shop and paying around $100 for the iPhone 6 Plus screen. Thats why I'm looking to do this myself, so that in the future, if I break, I can do it myself. Do You know of any video who uses the method You just said above?? Thanks a lot for Your time. I highly appreciate that.
Hi! I use these equipment too. How can I avoid losing the touch sensitivity? Shall I avoid chainging the polarizer? Every screen repair for iPhone that we perform had that result so far.
Great video...What all equipment is being used, and where to source it from?
Quick question? What if the glass scrapes the screen. Does the OCA sheet hide any scratches or do you have to replace the polarizer?
use a cooking type of oil to remove the glue...grapeseed oil etc...works excellet and more gentle than scraping n alcohols etc
You have nice job ,I change front screen glass for iphone 4s too many times , but always I get like liquid in said the lcd screen . what the reason. you think it from the machine too much hot' or because the liquid cleaner ( used to clean the lcd screen )
what is your pressure Guage at the top set to?
Hi, you mean you added a switch to switch off coming of pressurized air from a compressor? Suction comes first, then pressure?
oye, ese metodo se puede hacer con cualquier telefono? se muy profesional y sin estar limpiando el pegamento liquido
I live in Killeen not to far away from the Killeen mall. I was wondering if you guys fix apple watches. Great video.
What is the easy way to break off the bezel frame out of the broken lcd?
Are you able to use this machines to replace glass in iPhone 6s?
hello, do you have the frame laminator to put the frame back on the screen? is it a new frame or old frame that you put back on?
Hi. Are you using a Scotle vacuum laminator (with the transparent door one)? I am considering buying the machine now. Is it good? Worth to buy?
Hi :)
Can you tell me a bit confused, OCA/LOCA lamination, why can't
you just put the lamination on with the machine, press them together with a roller or whatever, then use a UV curer?
I did it without the machine and my screen looks flawless

did you say it goes in the autoclave for 15 or 50 minutes?
+Christian Gilliland Generally speaking, it takes around 10 minutes for bubble removing process.
Can somebody please discuss the frame removal. It looks like this guy just chipped away at the frame on this one.
Anybody with any good tips on this?
+muchie3791 Yea, the iphone 6 screen's bezel is a hard one to remove.
After the cost of all those machines wouldn't it be cheaper to just get $25 replacement screen/frame assemblies?

When I get a chance I'll watch it again and get back to you. Later today.
I highly appreciate that.
lol gass only
when you use the mould that make professional ,not with out men ...i did not like it.
