Pay attention to the order of the ribbon wire harnesses- I had to take the home button back off to fold two of the harnesses under it so they stacked right to hook back up to their ports. And this takes more than 15 mins! The vid is sped up! And you will screw stuff up if it's your first time. Just be sure to put screw and plates down on a paper towel or something so they won't roll around. You can do it!

I went to get mine fixed and two hours later (I didn't go to apple) I got it and they told me to turn it on in 20 minutes so,I did but,when I got home 20 minutes later I tuned it on and the frame wasn't lined up with the LCD and the screen was glitching PLUS the home button fell out. Isn't that wonderful? WONDERFUL!!

Mona Ty The glue dries very fast and is sensitive to light we have packaged them now in UV safe bottles and that is not an issue anymore but thanks for wondering and I hope we can help fix your phone

Once a new replacement screen or glass repair has been done, it is highly recommended to fit a tempered glass to give the protection and more prevention of a reoccurring break.

The video was sped up this could take a long time as you have to scrub out the glue carefully to make sure there is no residue.
Why dont you buy the glass panel from the start glued with the bezel? Is it harder to glue if it comes like this? I didnt found them separatly

I have question why you just dont remove backlight and after you put loca glue and do the job with uv light , then you add backlight again to screen ?

It's a UV flash light. I suppose you could just leave it out to dry in the sun for a half hour.

1. Check the battery
2. Check for a short circuit of the logic board
3. Check the display
4. check the dock connector
then you will know.
I checked the terminals on the board and its showing dead short what can it be IC's or capacitors, its a new battery
Hold the power button for ten secconds and then hold the power button and home button for another 10 secconds. I hope that helped.
