Congratulations on 30k Kaleb! The quality of your Content and the Value you provide us Viewers is Amazing! My comment on The Ocala Home 🏡 is a great reflection of Builders incentives for Buyers! Paying for closing cost and points 💵 is Amazing! The home is great with the small issue of the carpet in high traffic area and that pillar center stage! Overall a great value new build home and community! 🏡
Let me start off by saying I love your page and channel cannot wait to buy a home from you you’re one of the main reasons why I moved Orlando but I just want to say thank you for the charts I wish you can do this every video from now on that helps me as a young homeowner to learn the system even more so if you can please give that a consideration that will help
Thank you so much for watching my videos and for the kind words. We will try to implement these charts in some videos again. I hope to meet you in the future, Bradley. Have a great week! 🙂
My concern is that people working remotely will come to an end and there will be tons of new FL residents looking for very few good paying jobs. Jobs have always been the biggest obstacle facing FL relocation. Three years ago, I could have sold my home in PA and moved to an even nicer home in FL, but the jobs? And now, even if I had the new FL home paid in full, the taxes and homeowners insurance would probably be more than my current (almost paid off) mortgage in PA. So something is going to have to give here. And that makes me wonder why more companies don’t move to FL. Clearly there are workers down there, while the rest of the country’s businesses cut their hours due to lack of help. Why aren’t companies moving?
Hello Kaleb where are the Affordable Bank owned Townhouses in Broward County Florida, MARGATE, TAMARAC, CORAL SPRINGS, LAUDERDALE LAKES, LAUDERHILL ETC. I AM interested in these communities. Thanks .❤
You have to be crazy to buy anywhere in Florida without enquiring about home insurance. There is a reason why the prices are going down, Florida's state-backed insurer is not solvent anymore and other home insurers are fleeing the state.
Congrats on 30K,Kaleb..The 3rd one would be a good deal for 415K because there is no clear information about the condition of the roof and the air conditioning.
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong in life if $2600 is a value priced monthly payment for a house and I don’t even make that after taxes for one pay check and I’m definitely not minimum wage. I cannot understand what I am doing wrong or how people are affording to buy homes. I am really struggling to get there but few further and further away the more income I make.
Don't feel bad - most people can't afford these monthly payments either. Even with the price reductions, these homes are still overvalued and overpriced, and the interest rates are too high. I'm waiting for prices and interest rates to come back down, so that homes will be affordable again.
Hey Kaleb, I just love House #1. They going to pay for the Closing Cost, This a Winner, won't take long to sale #10 All the Way. House #2. Is really Nice, Just needs Epoxy on the Garage floor, Loved the Kitchen area and The Screen in Patio. $436,000 is too Pricey, and it has been in the Market for a long time, More like $400,000. House #3. Not to bad at All, Don't like Swimming Pool. $472,000 is Too Steep, That's the Reason, It's not selling, More like $422,000 would be within the ball park range, Nice Video 😀❤️📸 KALEB.
Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. Congrats on 30K 🍾🥂🎈🎊🎉. 1st home $336 with a 3 - car garage? Wow. Well neat but basic elevation. Good size front bedrooms and bathroom. Wonder if that center beam is load bearing? Good laundry space but it’s within the pass through of the garage.Guess it defines the dining space. The breakfast nook looks big. Nice size yard. Get a pool. Nice primary an en-suite. Definitely doable. Love the numbers. Know house insurance but don’t recall ever hearing about mortgage insurance 🤦♀️. 2nd home like the elevation. Deep entry. Front bedrooms and bathroom ok size. Garage. Drop zone. Another bathroom and bedroom. Nice size laundry 🧺 room. Nice open concept kitchen/dining/living. Primary/en-suite/closet ok. Massive backyard if it goes all the way back to the fence. 3rd home. Older home but do like the Elevation. Like the color nlock entry. Was gonna ask what is the space /wall on entry? The 1st floor chopped up. Love the enclosed pool and the primary and en-suite. Bedrooms an ok size. 1 bath. Thanks for sharing and the numbers. Have a great week and see you next video.
Yes Florida is slowly becoming like California and we can't pay 2k here for a mortgage 😢 anything smaller and in Clermont? These homes for being older are too big and pricey for me
Well Brandon is making it easier for people that can’t manage their money a chance to move in your neighborhood! Then they want pay their bills and trash your beautiful neighborhood! They want be able to keep up with all homeownership responsibilities!
If you're referring to builders incentives, that is a private company and has nothing to do with government. You're entitled to your opinion, but if it's based on misinformation or just lack of understanding, why would anyone want to hear you? Honestly, using "Brandon" is immature and all it does is announce you never grew up.
The pool home was very nice. Thank you for the breakdown costs.
Good to see houses w/price reductions!!!
Thank you for watching!

Thank you for watching!
Great homes. The last home was my favorite.
Woohoo 30K 🎉 I absolutely LOVE your channel!
Thank you so much!
Congrats on the subscribers. Liked home #3 the most.

Average income $40,000-$70,000 in the area. Who can afford $2600/month?????
Add in home insurance, higher taxes, general maintenance, water, electric ect,,, let's average it out to $4,000
The bubble needs to burst but I'm not feeling optimistic. As long as there are high income earners and investors buying in FL prices will stay high.
Me. I work hard.
@TooMuchNews I mean who can afford at those wages

Kaleb can you start breaking down the rental estimate too in that areas when you break down mortgage payment.

Este estado esta loco. En Ocala! esa Fortuna.
What is cod?

Very nice home....
Thank you for watching Sharon!
Like the Lakeland home, just missing pool
I agree! Thank you again for watching!
What's the insurance cost for 1 year?
Hey man. Do you have seller financing property in Florida.?
congrats caleb on hitting 30k
Thank you, I appreciate you watching Fallon! 🙏🏽
@@KalebShaw ur welcome any time
#1 I’d be wary over the street noise. #3 the property lacks privacy to the pool , unclear how that can be addressed.
Right house, good price, wrong town, too cold in winter for my
tropical trees.
Thank you for your feedback and for watching 🙂
Like the last one but too pricey
Haw much this house bro.?
Even the new homes look dated. The mandatory flood insurance is pricey. Oof!!
forget a out the prices ... better give true estimates about taxes and insurance plus HOA if applicable ... that will bring tears to your eyes !!!
☝️🧐,,,, PRICE REDUCTION? how does the square foot cost of 2023 compare to 2022, 2021, 2020 etc

bots
Too expensive
Lakeland not that great area

With the storms that come ,why would some one mortgage this home?
Sorry to tell you but prices need to come down that mortgage is rediculous your dismissed
