I didn't like the floor tiles for the master bathroom, it looked dated from the 60's. I also don't care for jack and jill bathroom. The house looked larger than the 2050 sq.ft..
Great thing about this one is that it's custom so you can make the exact changes you want.

Marlon, where have you been? Hope all is well. Good seeing you. Beautiful elevation. Agreed the paved driveway and stone is lovely. Nice open concept. Designated dining and nook. Good size pantry. Agreed. The outlet covers could’ve been in white. Love recessed lighting. Good size laundry 🧺. Sink. Window. Garage entry straight to the kitchen 🙌🏼. Hall bathroom. Then the 2 bedrooms have a Jack n jill. Window. And a 3rd bedroom. Nice layout and enough bathrooms 👍🏼. Primary privately across the way. Looks bigger than 13x12. Good size closet but didn’t see an area for long dresses. Can get another rod in there. Nice en-suite. Stone. Tiling. Separate sinks. But need a linen closet more than a tub. Paved lanai. Yes need it covered. Good space to add a pool. Nice home Marlon. You came back with a winner. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
