First of all they're called stainless steel not " Stanley steel" 😂 Colors in the kitchen are way too dark. It's like a car option of black on black appearance package. The red pendant lights look way off. Looks like a Darth Vader or Dracula combination. Overall, it's a beautiful house. Color combination is crazy. Some wd 40 might help on the doors.

I’m tired of these builders adding these formal dining areas that no one uses along with smaller flex rooms. Just combine that wasted space to add a game room/man cave where you can fit a pool table or something all these spots can fit the table but have no space to actually play lol
I agree, this house is way “overpriced”. Homes like this in other States cost near half the price. Wait for house prices to drop “big” in which houses like this one will be way below what it is now.

Beautiful! Why only $60K? I just read @Count-kp3oy state it's too pricey. I guess I don't know your local pricing. I currently live in NYC and spent 32 years in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Any home for under $500K is a steal.
I love this home and the baths and kitchen. I would need something with the same size living room but with less bedrooms and bathrooms. I really like the entrance foyer as well. All that said, this is overpriced considering the location.

The house looks nice, but the camera setting you used makes it look weird. Trying to fit everything in the frame distorts the distance.
No HOA or CDD but are they Deed Restricted? DR is basically the same as an HOA.
