I love, love, love the first house. It is just what I want when I move to Florida. The only thing I would do is open it out, but it would be perfect for me.

Hey Kaleb. I’m late but here. Happy July 4th. 1st home like the front elevation. Driveway needs paving. Didn’t expect this small front wasted space on entry. Small dining room but cozy. Kitchen ok. Garage entry right there 👍🏼. Breakfast nook. LR a little small. Primary and en-suite small but appreciated. The screened in lanai and pool is great. Fenced 👍🏼. Bedrooms and bathroom ok. Laundry. A little updating there is potential. 2nd home spaced out lots 👍🏼. Again would pave the driveway. What is that space to the left on entry? Guess could be anything someone wants but it’s very small. Designated dining. Kitchen ok. Large living room. Surprised can access pool from a guest bedroom and not the primary. Oh wait. Can access from the primary too. Small en-suite. Huge yard but pool small. Kaleb you’re reactions are hilarious with tastey food. 😂. Thanks for sharing. 3rd home. Huge. Bravo. Dining room with butler’s pantry through the lovely kitchen. Pantry a good size. Glass door to the garage? Good size laundry. 1/2 bath. Lovely primary and en-suite. Need a lot deep enough for a pool. 2 bedrooms/bathroom and a bed with an en-suite. Fantastic. Hi Kaleb, I love the First Home, Because of the Archway in the House. Like you said it's really nothing to do. But I prefer not to have a Pool at all. This is a Winner, Won't have problem selling this one. 2nd Home is Nice, I agree the tightness in the Primary Bathroom. The Price is much to High, They went from $565,000 to $515,000 this home should be Mid $425,000-$450,000. House #3 Is Extremely Beautiful, But $635,000 is Way over my Head. I be just as Satisfied with a $300,000-$350,000 then the last home. Kaleb have a Good July 4, See you at the next Video 😀❤️📸👍

Kaleb, What's going on with homeowners insurance? I heard the cost is three times what it was a couple years ago plus that's even if you can get homeowners insurance!?
The first house is not worth the price😳, the Clermont house was nice but not worth that price with only three bedrooms 😩😩the Winter Garden house was beautiful and worth every penny 👍🏾👍🏾last year hubby and I were looking at homes in Clermont to purchase, but after your Governor started showing out we was like naw we good in jersey 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂the south was southing too much for us😩😩😂😂
That first house is prime example of super duper cheap “flip”: leaving obvious non bearing walls (WHY?) gravel front walkway instead of ported concrete (screams CHEAP). Alina but not over pool which is must in Florida. Horrible old dirty fencing etc… house would need a gut

I hate when any bedroom, but especially the primary bedroom is off the living/great room. I like bedrooms to be down a hall.
