Covered enclosed lanai/pool/and fenced is the seller. I see water I think 🐊😂. 2nd home love the color/pavers/elevation. Unusual arch view on entry. Bed 1&2 and bath ok. Open concept with designated dining. Laundry 🧺. Primary ok. En-suite tight closet small. But shower not bad. Kitchen ok. Covered enclosed lanai. Wonderful having the bathroom right on the lanai. @@maggieke4387 I think these two costs are being intentionally raised to push people out of their homes and into rentals. Once all the homes are owned by BlackRock and other corporations their mission of "you will own nothing and be happy" will be complete.
