The floors, paint color stand out. Nice covered enclosed lanai/pool. 3rd home like the paves & elevation. Beautiful kitchen. Fireplace. Love the primary en-suite. Grand shower. Very overpriced unfortunately. Prices need to come back down to earth along with interest rates. Insurance rates are also ridiculous.
