It's not the price of the house that concerns me so much about Florida, it's the price of property taxes, and the price of homeowners insurance, that is if you can find a reputable company to cover your home that won't go out of business in six months😞
Legitimate concerns.
The taxes on those homes are really low.
@@Chicago48 that's good to know, I still couldn't move there because there's only one legit homeowners insurance company and they are not going to be able to pay out all the claims every year when hurricanes, sink holes , or the other weird weather Florida gets
I couldn't live there for that reason, and I moved from there for that reason.
It's so sad to see Sanibel Island completely destroyed, I wonder how long it will take to rebuild and I have heard that builders have raised their prices three Times on repairs on these homes so they're paying three times the amount they would originally have paid Had there not been a complete disaster😞. And that's my old home ~I got out in the nick of time

Caleb!! You do such a great job. Tell it like it is. Prices all over Florida are ridiculously high and sellers are starting to figure it out slowly. Just knowing that house has sat there for almost 9 mths gives me hope that they are going down and going down fast.

Love the mosaic look of the driveway... imaging the labor cost to crack up that driveway! Bet that laminate floor covers a similar cracked up slab floor! And only half a million! Awesome!

They're all beautiful homes but my favorite is #1..However,prices are still too high for the little man😢

Hey Kaleb. You’re back on the Sunday schedule. 1st home. Nice front elevation. Big front yard. Like the double doors. Different layout on entry. Dining looks a little small but like the windows. Big garage. Ok size laundry. Don’t care for that wall but like not seeing the kitchen on entry. 2 pantries work. Kitchen not too bad. Like the double doors to the ok size primary. 2 closets appreciated. En-suite a little dated but yes good space. Good size 2nd bedroom with slider. Covered screened in lanai and pool. Agreed re:bedroom sizes. 2nd home basic elevation but new construction is great. Sooo much front yard to maintain. Like the view on entry. Laundry and garage to the left. Nice floors. Like the kitchen in the rear. Good size primary. Nice en-suite. Good size closets 1 & 2 and shower. Linen closet noted. Nice dining space next to kitchen. Doors to the lanai from the kitchen and family room. Covered lanai. Huge backyard for a pool. Nice size pantry. Bedrooms an ok sizes. Bath nice. Like this home Kaleb. Not what I expected. 3rd home. Elevation ok. Perhaps would change the color. Entry leaves me guessing. 1st bedroom ok. Bath dated. Kitchen dated. Large living/dining space. Bedroom 2 with an en-suite. Cool. Primary good closet space. En-suite small but serves the purpose. 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. Wow. Love the bathrooms. Nice covered enclosed lanai and pool. Like this home for the if I followed correctly 5 bedrooms/4 baths. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

1st house is really nice kaleb, 2nd is nice and definitely has a lot of exterior potential for a pool, and the 3rd is nice, just needs some updates in bathrooms and kitchen, but descent

Nice homes first house needs different island that one is too small and of course love the pool😊 how do you purchase a home without getting an employment offer letter? Second house is great love new construction but too big and too pricey for me last house too pricey for me for an used home
1st house seems the kitchen was already renovated with Thermofoil cabinetry.
The second house in Ocalla was awesome.

If they were FREE, I couldn't afford the insurance. Not a good state for buying a home. Bad weather rules.
