The layout is quite functional, though I'd make a few small changes in details. The kitchen needs upper cabinets, though there is an apparent pantry closet. I'd swap the bathtubs for tubs that are suitable for showers, and I'd instal a gas fireplace or woodstove instead of the wasteful open fire.
Wow!!! when I came through the front door, the large front room......BLEW ME AWAY! I was not expecting this splendid space to appear....and it is so sweet and charming! Love the interior colors....warm woods with a dash of honey here and there.....wow, I felt so cozy like I was wrapped in a honey blanket. It's a very nice design.....however agree with other commenters, who suggested a bath/shower combo would be a good and useful option in the baths....and for my own comment....I'd lose those two space-wasters in the front room...that coffee bar thing, just doesn't make sense; and same goes for the foyer area that is deep into the living room zone. Small homes never have enough storage space, so those two areas could be for storage. Otherwise......I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Just call it the Honey Love Cocoon nest! Um...I don't want to leave!!!! So cute!
Can it be ready for me to move into tomorrow lol? Such a charming cottage. The rustic wood beam lintels over the doors and windows is a beautiful touch.
I initially had low expectations for such a small home but the proof of the pudding was in the eating and I ate this design up. The layout is functional and the home is nicely appointed. I would have upper cabinets with an above-range microwave for aesthetics and convenience. Great home-would live here!
Love the living room w/ fireplace, the kitchen and add a few more cabinets, love the ceiling, love the master bedroom w/ master bathroom, love the bathroom design and the bedroom color cornation ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ love it ♥️
Was liking the home until the washer and dryer area which can no properly vent to the homes exterior where it sits. Love the living area and the bedrooms are well proportioned. What if the washer dryer were in the master bathroom? Not my 1st choice but better than in the middle of the home. What is behind the door on the left as moving towards the 2nd bedroom and facing the front door?
Why do entrance doors always have to be made of glass or half glass? So that we women don't get bored while cleaning? The wardrobe belongs to the main entrance door and not in the middle of the room. In a bedroom, a window sash is enough. And the tiles and the kitchen itself could be designed in a more modern way, i.e. tiles, otherwise a beautiful little house

As usual, you are right on point.
I like it, it's got potential.

Dryers needed to be vented on outside wall for proper maintenance.
Beautiful ❤

And yet another "Beauty" Jasper😃😃

I see these homes for seniors who are downsizing. So walk in showers are always in order.
Finally one I actually love. Would make small changes but overall it's very nice. Where can one find the floorplan?
Awesome 😊
Bellísima ❤

The bed should never be under a window.
How much is this Beauty?????
