This place has many assets. The entry is splendid, and the living room well laid out - though I'd probably omit the fireplace or choose one less grand. There's a pantry cupboard in the dining room and places for storage in the laundry room. There's enough natural wood without it being overwhelming. The open stairs are hazardous to small children and pets. The upstairs suite is spacious, and I would enjoy the porch.
I agree with most of this comment. I don't like the excessive use of horizontal white washed wood on the walls. It's too stark and cold. It reminds me of a rustic summer cabin I remember from way back when, and not in a good way. What is the purpose of the door in the laundry room? If it's an emergency exit required by local building codes, that's okay. But other than that, it has no function. It leads nowhere. If there was a porch with seating, or better yet, a driveway, it would make sense.
@@frand9174 I like the door in the laundry area because I carry my clothes to the clothesline to dry. I call it my solar dryer. Doors from the laundry area are handy (and needed) for that. For those who don't, I'm sure a simple omission of the door would be permitted.
❤ I really like the living room being separate from the kitchen. While I like the open concept, there are a lot of times I need my space when cooking without the distractions of "living"....😂
I love this beautiful house, it's my favourite I have seen so far. Very well designed, only thing I'd tweak is a solid staircase with cupboards underneath for more storage. I wouldn't change anything else at all.
Love the living room. I have never liked the TV over the fireplace. That takes away the ambiance of the fireplace. Tons of cupboards - Yea! I am curious when you design your design for the bedrooms, what size bed do you use? The deck outside upstairs is perfect for the morning coffee. Couple of linen closets for storage and this is a win win.
Eliminating an entry way would give much more space to the home. Very nice though there are many ways to capitalize on the space. Such as the previous comment suggests; open floor plans, higher ceilings and more exterior light. I like some higher windows that allow privacy but let in light.
If it had an attached garage coming off the laundry room i would totally be into this..not too crazy about the paneled interior walls throughout..otherwise, ❤
I dont like anything close to were you step in. The dirt you have to pass, walk trough to get to the stairs is not nice. And under the stairs is a lot of space never used. Why not???

@@frand9174 Most building codes require a second egress to a residence, and if it led to a porch, that would be an asset.
Thank you!! 😊

Love these smaller homes but would like to see some with more open floor plans and larger windows/ taller ceilings. Kit/DR/LR in one space.
I agree, an open floor plan is essential in a small home and higher ceilings make the space feel much larger.
Thank for your suggestions. ❤❤❤

Beautifully designed. I could def see myself happily living in this home.
It’s perfect.
I am so happy to hear that!! 😊

❤I LOVE IT!!!!❤

Nice..I would replace the balcony with another bedroom
Nice little house. I’d just add an upper cabinet to the right of the kitchen sink, & remove the mirrors in the entryway. 😊
Thank you!! 😊

Oopsie! Stovepipe in the back is illegal.
Are these kit homes?
These are conceptual 3d designs. No plans, no kits - nothing. There's a few channels that create these. They're for idea generation.
@ thanks Dave

Why do none of these AI concepts ever have water heaters or furnaces
