I live in the country and I would love to sit outside with my cup of coffee in the morning listening to the birds. I would like a little more storage for cleaning supplies and maybe a pantry to stock up in these uncertain times. I love this place. Especially the entry way to take your boots and coats off

I really like this house. I don't care for open floor plans. This gave just enough, the wall in the living room was a great touch. I could see me comfy and at peace in this house.

I love the entrance, a place for coats and muddy boots, and keeps the cold winter air from the whole house. Love the tall ceilings with the beams, in deed a beautiful small home with a cottage feel.

I love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the open shelves in the kitchen, front & back porches, foyer, book shelves in the living area, fireplace, the open shelves in both the bedrooms, floating shelves in the 1st bathroom, floating shelf in the master bedroom, that hutch in the dining area, sinks in both the bathooms, & really love the tub in that master bathroom.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I don't care for the open shelves in the kitchen. I would turn those into cabinets. It's just another area that needs to be presentable all of the time. With grandchildren coming over, those wouldn't work

Lovely home! The front hall leading sideways is a clever use of space and I like the general layout! That front bedroom with all the windows would also make a wonderful artist's studio.

I seem to like all of you house plans but this one is perfect for me as an older person who is now living alone w/ my cat. I also have numerous generations of antiques many of which that would be able to find it’s place in this home. And now my 3 grandchildren are getting older, there is enough room for them too. I
This home design also has certain aspects that would accommodate my needs as I get older& provide a heathy, positive environment w/ it’s open spaces, big windows & French Doors to let in light, & enough space to move around in w/ out making a person feel crowded & might even accommodate a slim line wheelchair should one be needed someday. Also having the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house are perfect to offer privacy & personal space for a live-in caregiver, should the need arrive someday.
Thank you for all of your designs & floor plans. I started drawing my own floor plans as a kid but always ended up in old historical homes like the one I grew up in. But I still love looking at house plans & home designs. One of my special pleasures in life.

All I can say is BRAVO!! Jasper, you did yourself proud ! this one! Lovely, lovely, lovely! This is a wonderfully efficient yet roomy design! I don't think I'd change a thing regarding the layout.

This is definitely a home for me, definite coastal vibes and living on the coast it would be beautiful!
Another winner. The standout feature for me are all those great windows. I’d put a huge window in the master bedroom. I wonder about the longevity of bold patterned tiles and murals that might be tedious to replace later on. Plenty of storage in key areas is a thoughtful, clever touch. A pleasant cottage overall. Book me in!
The things that I would do carve out on office/craft room from the dining room and change the window in the one bedroom to grant porch access.
Everything was amazing! Nice flow and loved the separation of the main bedroom from the other areas, felt like a get-away spa experience with the soaking tub:)

The older I get, the more I appreciate the lowers in kitchens being drawers. Too much is hard to access at the back of cabinets.
This floor plan got you a subscription. I only wish there were dimensions in the metric system, as well.

Really lovely: you managed to capture the cottage aesthetic beautifully! I particularly loved the addition of the ceiling beams in the living/dining area, and the farmhouse sink in the kitchen peninsula; I feel this house would be especially nice for entertaining!

I'm thinking of the coastal areas of the Carolinas (even though I've never been there, lol) Warm breezes, sitting on the porch with an icy drink, greeting neighbors, gracious and refined though casual.
This is a wonderful home! It is serene. Everything makes sense and is completely lovely.

The picture you imagine is beautiful and peaceful
I really like the house, but instead of the wide balcony door I would use a narrow one and half a meter long one. and place the TV on the long wall at visual height. otherwise I wouldn't have anything to complain about. one of the most beautiful houses.

I really like the layout of this house. I could picture myself living here and being very happy as long as I wasn't house poor. Very nice bathroom with the tub in the shower although to put the tub kitty corner it seems like some wasted space to me. I still love the whole foot print of this. How much would a house like this cost today? I had looked at something similar but with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between the two bedrooms and a half bath for company when they came for dinner, etc. The cost of a second bathroom is not inexpensive.
I could easily love this home! However, I'd remove the doors that go straight into the living room. The doors by the entry way is good enough. Your bedroom designs are always so inviting!

Beautiful design and development is nice
I like this plan. For me, I'd make two changes: I'd omit the fireplace and that partition to make it one big, open space. I'm not much for dining rooms. I'd also relocate the secondary bedroom door and insert a pocket door in the hallway so that the occupant could make the secondary bath ensuite if preferred. But it would work for many people the way it is.

More storage….hate using the garage for vacuum, etc…and food storage, not a daily shopper, give me something for a 6 mo supply!
In any of your home plans, where does the hot water and the furnace go?
I like the layout.....but where is the chimney for the fireplace?
You can see it at the beginning of video placed almost center of the house. I had to replay to make sure😀 I really like this house. Maybe someday….
I love getting design ideas from these sites but I can't figure out why do they repeatedly put six or eight chair seating in the dining area when you only have a 2 BR 2 BTH house???

I would switch the kitchen and dining room around. Need a bigger kitchen. Way too much room for a dining space.
