Very nice! A few observations: move the master bedroom to the front, master bath in between bedroom and laundry room off the back of the house. Make laundry stack, much smaller laundry room to give space to the master bath.
It's a cute place, and my only change in the layout would be to do a 180 turn in the secondary bedroom so that its door is directly opposite the bathroom door. The range hood is a bit too grand, and I'd put the microwave on the counter for safety, but those are minor details. The gas fireplace is in an appropriate spot. There's no pantry as such, but there are ample kitchen cabinets, and added storage could be fitted into the laundry room. This is a thoughtful plan.
I would have the cabin w/o the burnt siding, and with white chinking. rather than black. On the end of the cabin I would not have windows, so that I could showcase my art, with antlers up above, and a wood stove. On the other end I’d have two bedrooms, or one bedroom and a study with the bathroom, equipped with an iron clawfoot tub, in between, and a stacking washer/dryer in an added on mud room with a chest freezer, deep sink and coat closet. Beside the kitchen I’d have a walk-in pantry with cabinets for jars of canned fruit and vegetables from the garden, 2 potatoe bins and 2 binfor apples. Onions & garlic braided and hanging. Store goods such as sauerkraut, maple syrup, lg containers of wheat, oats, field corn, and a few kinds of dried beans, peas and lentils. On a counter if’s have my hand grinder for flour and cereal, a meat slicer, bread slicer, and lg stewing pots and canner. The mixer with attachments will sit on the live edged kitchen counter. In a tall cabinet I’d store my supplies for butchering, sawing bones and wrapping meat for the lg chest freezer, and a smaller one for frozen fruit, jam and vegetables. Split wood and kindling would be in a shed on the covered, screened- in porch. The kitchen would be a galley kitchen with large live-edged wood counters for work space, a tall fridge, farm sink and 40” gas stove with two ovens; a narrow one for bread baking and a reg size oven for meat roasting and baking cookies. The kitchen would have a cabinet below the sink, the other storage below the counter would be banks of 3 drawers: one shallow for utensils, and the next two for the lg items. In the hallway would be stored the iron and ironing board, broom and vacuum and cleaning supplies. Shallow, wide drawers would be for wrapping paper, ribbon, string, glue and tape.
Love the kitchen but not the wall between the kitchen and the living room. Bigger shower in the master big enough for a stool to sit on. Love the front porch and the back deck. Lots of potential with this plan. Is there an attic with this plan?
Yes a large pantry!!! Take the table out & put an island. Enclose that end of the porch where the patio doors are from the kitchen to create a dining room. Also use those patio doors for outside entrance into that enclosed dining area when grilling or leave open the patio doors during the summer. No need for two full bathrooms. Make the full bath by the back door a pantry.
Glad to see you swiped this floor plan from another designer, just changing the outside of the house and where the front door is. ruclips.net/video/gylCLOQWA48/видео.html.
Omg at long last an actual eat in kitchen!! I love this house!! It is a home not just a house ❤ Koodos ❤
Thanks
I love this house!!!!!!!
Thank you
Is gorgeous. I will put pocket doors to maximize the space
Alright
I like your floorplan, it's nice🏡♥️🏠♥️
This was well done! Is perfect!❤
THank u
my favorite. tiny house/cottage so far
I almost had this same cottage in 2018 before COVID hit. Thank you for the inspiration i can reflect on it ♥
That is a really cool story, thanks for sharing!
Beautiful!!
Thanks for your appreciation
This house would have been perfect, if it had a tub in the Primary bedroom, instead of the common bathroom. The house is very cute!
To each his own. I want a shower to walk into.
I prefer the walk ins.
No tub necessary for me
Or even a full shower. Need that and use a smaller sink area.
Change the laundry coat area to back moving everything forward more room for Primary bath. Shower coat laundry area in back
Love it!
I love it!!
That is a lovely small home, but it's certainly not tiny.
I love this cottage, but I would like the bathtub in the Master and the shower in the guest hall.
Thank you
Beautiful layout and efficient use of space. Would love to have a home like this.
❤❤❤😅😅😅🎉 yo quitaría la pared de la cocina me gusta todo lo demás
Very Impressive.
Thank you for your appreciation

I appreciate your feedback, I will definitely keep that in mind.
How do you go about seeking additional information for your type of homes? Information such as square footage and price?
I will look into that. Thank you
The only thing I would change is open the wall between kitchen and family room and probably put the tv above the fire place
Not bad idea
I could live in this house as long as there are 36 inch doors! Handicap equipped?
I would like to see some houses with a garage
In future videos will try my best
How much is the house and where can it be purchased from
It's an inspirational design
Nice but don't like wall between kitchen and living rm, open concept better.
I dont think the washer/ dryer should be by the front door. Should be refigured closer to the back door.
❤
This would work well for me except I would need a pantry!
Good to hear from you
I like the floor plan but it's not enough room between the toilet to move your arms

Thank you for your input always
I wouldn’t want folks looking at my laundry machines while heading to the front door.
Noted
Same
Pocket door
I also don’t care for the master bedroom right off the living room.

Thank you for your supplement
I would prefer the table fold away and the cabinets and counters wrap around the kitchen.
Thank you for your input
GREAT floor plan, but why no garage. ? Still need a place to put car and yard care things even when downsizing??????❤
Thank you
I love the floor plan and size but not some of features. I would prefer home and cozy!
Feature videos I got you covered
How would someone get plans for this home? Sorry new to all of this.
Arrangements can be made if you are intrested

Prices please
This is an inspirational design. But if you are willing to buy we can do private arrangements.
What does this cost?
Not yet computed yet
Where is refrigerator😊😅
It's there in black colour
This is not a tiny house. It’s bigger than mine, and I don’t have a tiny. It’s also not universal design, which is helpful for seniors
The comode in the master is way to close to the wall. Nobody can poop sitting on that.
Not open enough for this girl
No pantry! I need a pantry! Cute but not for me!
In the future may be. But thank you

Really mab be I think it's a coincidence
@@tinyhousedesignstudio I doubt it.
Not for me. Living room to small & kitchen in the front.
Sorry
😢
I'm not fond of this one
Eliminate all the intros we are adults.
Thank you for your advice
LOL. Thanks for the laugh today.
