They've a bigger market than many casuals here might think. Not only for small Contractors, as to Farmers, or even to regular people building their houses. Selling them after the house is built, some times for the same amount they bought it. Similar to backhoes and skidsteers.

When it comes to tippers they can fail it on "sharp edge may cause injury" so just make sure nothing is protruding out

A good little truck for someone there. Whoever buys it may want to renew the rusty bits as it may affect the load in the bed? I don't know I am just thinking out loud. Chris and Dan did well with the roof despite the weather. As you say Chris, this time of year can be quite rainy and as I write this it has just started to 'tip it down' here. We were in Cyprus last week too. Looks very much like Paphos with that new build high rise. Think we were a little bit further down the beach in the Amavi though.

Cyprus is a very nice holiday destination, I was in Pathos in March for some winter sun, I also got into the occupied part of Cyprus for a day out and toured the abandoned town of Varosha. Highly recommended.

My only problem with this Design of Van, Truck. Is there is nothing between your legs and what ever you hit head on. And I have seen the results of. Not Pretty. Thumbs up again Guys.
You may wish to consider welding cross beams and triangle supports on those metal roof trusses to support the weight of the roof. Especially if you ever get a few tonnes of snow land on it in the winter.
Cannot stand cabstars, that stupid tunnel where the rack goes and the separation of the pedals. Horrible desig
