Crunchy fresh cashew salad | PCOS friendly salad for weight loss | easy to make 1-Min salad recipe

What’s it called when you want something that tastes really, really good… but is also basically a high pile of fresh, vibrant, feel-good-in-your-body vegetables? You call it Cashew Crunch Salad, that’s what you call it.
For the protein-lovers - add some grilled chicken! Or shrimp! Or… I don’t know, tofu?! This quickly becomes a dinner entrée salad with juicy grilled chicken sliced across the top.
Ingredients per two people :
• Carrots 1 medium
• Red Cabbage half a cabbage
• White cabbage half a cabbage
• Sesame/ olive oil 1/2 cup
• Mayo/ Greek yogurt 2 or 3 tbsp.
• Sesame seed 1-2 tbsp.
• Garlic powder 1 tea spoon
• Peas 1 cup
• sugar/ stevia for PCOS 2 tbsp.
• Cilantro 1 cup
• Cooked edamame 1 cup
• Roasted cashews 1 - 2 cups
• White vinegar 3 tbsp.
• Onion / Spring onion half a cup
• Salt
Chop carrots, cabbage, cilantro and onions into fine pieces.
In a jar, add mayo/ yogurt, sugar, oil, salt, sesame seeds and garlic powder ,then shake well until it's mixed fully.
Now add all the chopped ingredients in a big bowl, top with edamame, peas and cashews.
Pour in the yummy sauce and enjoy.
Remember that you could always add a animal-based protein like fish, shrimp, chicken and eggs.
White sugar is not meant to be used for PCOS patients since it will cause a change in blood sugar hormones. We advise to use Stevia in this cases, a natural sweetener with no effect on blood sugar levels.

I'm genuinely sorry for this mistake, yes you are right. Sugar is definitely not PCOS friendly specially in diabetes related hormone levels.
The list although is meant for everyone. And anyone who is dealing with PCOS can easily replace the sugar with stevia which won't affect blood sugar levels
I will list in the caption that it can be replaced with such alternatives.
