Excellent! I'm an 81 year old spinster that by necessity does most of the yardwork by herself. The written directions were of no help...this video saved the day! Thank you!
I’ve been watching all kinds of assembly videos. Cribs, dressers, shelves, etc etc. This is by far the only video that I’ve seen where I didn’t have to stress. Everything was clear and to the point. Thanks. I appreciate you
I have a JD E150. I followed your video step by step, pausing, rewinding and playing all the way! Thank you for awesome instructions!
John Deere should PAY YOU for this video, their instructions are WORTHLESS!! THANK YOU from saving me the frustration and a ruined Sunday afternoon! You are a VIP!!
I agree
I know thats why i am here someone should be FIRED!!!
5 years later and their instructions still suck. I just got done installing a bagger on a Z330m, most expensive jigsaw puzzle I've ever done.
Thank you for the great video! I tossed the useless JD instruction manual and instead followed your video step by step. It made the installation super easy and saved me tons of time and headaches.
Thank you for this video. My dad just got the riding mower and got frustrated looking at the instructions. Your video helped immeasurably.
Thanks so much for making this project easy. I thought it would be a simple job til I got to step 1 in the instructions that were included. If only the instructions were as easy to read as you were to follow. Thanks for taking the time to post this!
Your video made my experience 1000 times better! I was stuck on step one until I found this video. Thank you for sharing!!!
Thank you so much. I had no problem putting it on. Tried the manual and just decided to RUclips. Instead of taking off mower deck I picked up the back and put it on two blocks. Still was able to take off blade. Had to go to Lowe’s and get 24 mm socket
You were a lifesaver!! My dad is 90 and stubborn, so your step by step made it easy for me to help him!!! Thanks😃
I am just glad I could help you both out! You're welcome!
Great video… one helpful thought… There is a metal frame that goes around the hopers screen before you install it and put the three pieces of strap on... You the man
Thank so much... you are the best straight to the point great camera none of the boring conversations about what your favorite color is or what you had for breakfast that make these videos hours long.
This video was extremely helpful. Thank you so much. I looked at the manual to make sure I had all parts then just followed you.
Thank you! The instruction book was terrible but your video made it go very quickly.
Your video both showed me that my lower chute was missing the pin that should mount to my deck, and showed me how to make up for that missing pin. Thanks so much for the helpful tutorial! I wish I’d watched this BEFORE struggling with the manual.
Awesome! Glad I could help! Thanks for watching!
The hardest part of the whole thing was step 1 with that stinking screen. Very nice job on video. You saved me much pain and anguish
Terrific video! Thank you for this, had mine put together and installed no time. Being less than mechanically inclined, this was a HUGE help. I’m feeling empowered enough to try the high lift blade installation now. Cheers.
One of the most helpful no nonsense how to videos on RUclips. I hate all the crap people put in their videos that has nothing to do with why I am watching it. This one didn't have some cheesy intro and goofy filler content. Just straight to it. Thanks
Didn’t even waste my time with the instructions, straight to this video. All done in the space of 10min ✅ thanks
Glad to hear it! You're welcome!
Thanks for the video, didn't even have to open the manual. Looking forward to seeing how it does with the leaves tomorrow.
+Dennis Rogers Great, you're welcome! Works great on my yard. It should work god for you. Happy Thanksgiving!
Great job on this. Like you said, manual was vague , especially the screen piece. Very helpful.
We appreciate you taking your time to record the steps!!
You're welcome!
I'm with Allen Brown. Who would thumb down this video?? Saved 2 hours of my life.
Bonjour, je dois vous dire que je n’ai rien compris des instructions qui venaient avec mon ensacher john frère 48 pouces... mais avec vos instructions c’est si simple! Merci! Thank you!
As commented by others, the manual is not effective. Thanks for sharing you skills. You save me a lot of time as I’m enjoying the bagger and high lift blades.
Great video. I'd drill a hole in that bracket where you need it so the pin goes in for extra security!! thanks for taking the time to do this!!
Great video and fabrication of connections on the Grass catcher where the mower deck was missing holes. Thank you
Happy to know Im not an idiot and that I wasnt the only person who was clueless with the included instructions
! My problem and question was solved within the first 15 seconds of your video!!! Well done and thank you :)
You're welcome and thank you!
Bless your heart with this video! I agree with most, the instructions are terrible! My husband totally gave up on putting this together (hates reading instructions) so I got the bright idea of hunting for a "How To Video" & I scored with this one. Told my husband to get out of the way & that I would assemble it myself. Yes! Ladies you can put together & install a John Deere bagger all by yourself. I cannot thank you enough James, beautifully done! Just to let you know our mower has a 42" deck & I worked side by side with your 48" deck instructions.
That is awesome! I am glad I could help you out. You go girl! Maybe I should get my wife to do some of the how to videos to show woman it could be fun.
Excellent video. Thank you for posting. Could not have done this without you!
Thanks for this video, with this and my tool box, it worked perfectly. Had to remove the guide pin on the chute - same as you did. Instructions are very confusing. Cheerks Mate!
Thanks for taking the time to do this video.
Man the first step in the book had me so confused, I owe you a beer man! Thank you!
Lol, thanks! Drink an extra for me.
Same!!
Thank you! Just completed in under an hour!!!
The paper instructions are awful. Thank you for this video! Saved me so much time.
This was super halpful!!! Thanks so much
Will be assembling this later today, appreciate your video, very clear and detailed, thanks!
Super duper video! Much easier to follow your instructions than using the manual. Installed all by myself. Girl power!
You go girl! Thank you!
Thank you. This by far the best explanation and how to.
Thank you I did it step-by-step as you did pausing it as I went you made it so easy thank you very much my man..
My friend, you have saved me endless hours of frustration. THANK YOU!. The idiots at Home Depot were no help at all.
I was told by the guys that John deere doesn’t allow them 2 put the lawn mowers together although they have a couple of people that can , john deere send their people to put them together.
Lifesaving video. A million thanks for making it.
Thanks for making this.
Saved me some headaches.
Amazing video, such a big help! Thank-You for this!
An hour of trying to read the John Deere instructions were a waste of time.
My next task is to try and install the lift blades without removing the deck :-)
You're welcome! Good luck and thanks!
Thank you for clear instructions. As numerous people have said before, the JD manual was a bit confusing.
You are awesome. I couldn't get mine done without your help. You saved my day
Thanks! Great to hear you got your day back!
Way better then the manual. Thank you for the video!
Seriously thank you for this ! As everyone else pointed out the instructions are absolutely terrible indeed ! You save me so much time
You just saved me a ton of time. Cheers
Thank you for the great instructions !! Way better than the directions that came with the bagger.
Thank you very much, amazing video, easy explanation that help me to install the bagger.
Hi Sir, Thank you for making this video it made the installation very easy, I also have to install the blades that came with it. I will watch your other vid on that, Thanks.
Thank you! You made it easy for me!
Thanks for the great video..ordering this next week to install on my JD. Cheers!
+S Flynn You're welcome! Good luck!
You are amazing :)
Thank you very much for saving our life and our time.
Very clear instruction. Thank you
I was looking for your video on how to install the blades for my bagger.
Thanks again Alex,
Thanks! ruclips.net/video/AEbQmGfbDQY/видео.html
Ty, was exactly what I was looking for.
Great video! Made installation VERY easy. Thank you so much!
You're welcome!
I thought this was an excellent presentation. The presentation was easy to follow so I'm ready to go outside and install my bagger.
Thanks I appreciate you saying that. Good luck with your installation!
Took me a while to find your video, but super helpful. Thanks!!!!😄😄😄
Thank you so much!! You saved us so much time and frustration.
Anytime! You're welcome!
Thanks for video very helpful. Awesome presentation
Nice that you even received instructions. Only thing, bolts are 13mm. The days of standard nuts and bolts are long gone.
Got a used bagger and d140 with 48 inch deck. Previous owner never used the bagger. Got it attached to back of tractor fine but the chute to deck attachment had me puzzled. Now I see and had it attached like you but didn't think that was correct but might work. No holes or obvious place to hook straps. Thought about wrapping a tarp strap around the chute or drill a couple holes in deck.
This is an excellent instruction video. Thank you. I got this thing on and it was working well until the last time I mowed when the grass was a little damp. The grass was too heavy to travel up the shoot. Has anyone else had this issue?
When the grass is damp it does not normally do well. I have that sane issue. Just clean the chute and you should be good to go. Thank you for the nice comments about the video.
God Bless you man for that video....the manual directions were terrible. I installed my bagger watching your video. THANKS a bunch !!!!!!
yeah agreed terrible directions. thank you so much
Thanks for making that clip.
Yes, great video! Who the heck wrote the John Deere manual? It’s horrible. You saved me some time. Thank you.
Extremely helpful. Thanks for giving me back my day. I got in done under an hour because of your video.
Thanks! Glad I could help!
Thanks for your help man.. I owe you one
Well done. You have a gift for instruction
Than you for the really nice comment! I appreciate it.
Thanks for this fantastic video! I would have been unable to install the bagger if it wasn't for this video. John Deere needs to pull their head out there rear end and provide a decent set of installation instructions.
Words can't express how grateful I am that I found your video. I never would have been able to assemble the bagger using the instructions in the manual. You saved me countless hours of tears and frustration. I agree with tart green, John Deere should be paying you for all of their customers that you have helped. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! You are a God! If you were here right now I would blow you!
Thanks for the video bro!
Added today with Your help. Awesome Indeed.
U saved me a day best video for sure thanks man
Thank you so much! Save me big time!
Helped me fix my bagger as well.
Awesome!
Thank you so much! This was a huge help and I really appreciate it!
Glad it helped! You're welcome!
Great Video thank you. I consider myself pretty handy when it comes to putting things together but those instructions starting with the first step were very confusing.
Side note: I had to change my blades. I Thought I could get away with using the old ones since they were still fairly new but I guess the ones provided with the bagger are specific to using the bagger. Thanks again boss!
You're welcome!Great to hear I was able to help you out. 👍
This was such a helpful video. Thank you so much.
You are so welcome!
Great instructions and glad I watched your video before attempting to read the manual. Manual made no sense. Great job!
+Jim Riviera I am glad I could help you with this. Thank you!
Jim Riviera ''.
Thank you very much! This was perfect.
Great video. JD did a poor job in Engineering the Hopper Screen to the Hopper Top and the directions for doing it were even worse. The place where I purchased the bagger didn't know how it works. Thanks again.
+Eric Saxon Sr Thanks and you're welcome! The directions were pretty bad I agree.
A lifesaver thanks man
Good job man thank you very much!
Great video, very helpful👍🏽
Thanks!
Make a note that all the nuts with that bagger are lock nuts so they won't vibrate loose. Also,. You could drill a hole in your wheel bracket for the prong to attach like they planned. Nice video. I wondered how entailed the assembly was and this sure helps! Like the other guys said, John Deere should pay you for this nice video................Cheers, Jim
Thanks for your comments! I really appreciate the feedback. You are correct I could have drilled a hole but i found the connection I made was tight enough that it didn't need a hole. Good luck to you if you attempt this!
Good video step by step
Great video. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks! You're welcome!
Thanks...it helps me alot more than the manual
Happy to help You're welcome!
Very helpful! Thank you!
Thank you you were very helpful, have a great 4th of July 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks for making this video
Better than the directions. Made it easy.
You're a saint thank you so much
Great job
Great Video!
Very helpful video👍Thank you for your time.
You are welcome! Thanks!
Great video! I consider myself semi intelligent with some technical know how, but John Deere products are awful as far as diagrams and design. This video was way more helpful than the manual
