    totally agreed with others this is the best class by far I've found online to help with upper back & neck pain! thank you soooo much for a divine and juicy class !!!

      Thank you!! Focus on your head position , especially if you spend lots of time in your phone or computer. Stretch the front line , do mfr for chest . Head is really heavy and when it is shifted forward upper back & neck have to work really hard to hold the head from falling, while the chest & abs get tight.
      Do the latest class for posture , it is really good. ❤️

    Again and again, this class the fantastic. Something very different from the downdog, the updog and the sun salutations. Also a great morning practice. Highly recommended!

      hib im glad you enjoyed the class!!
      these stretches are great, but you need to also work on realigning the posture & watch the position of your head in life.
      i just started a new program on my platform and it would be really great for what i mentioned . we work a lot with spine mobility , shoulderblades, ribcage - which will influence your posture in a good way.
      it would be awesome if you do this program.

    Wow! How?! That was truly incredible! I woke up with a super sore neck and shoulder and this lil class did some magic on me. I gotta check out this website of yours ❤ thank you for creating flows with such mindful, thoughtful movements. It’s obvious you put a lot of time and care into each sequence, focusing on parts of the body that often get neglected and incorporating stretches and poses that aren’t ever covered in mainstream yoga practices.       Same here. I do all my yoga routines from youtube and by far the best stretch for my neck and shoulders is this one. My neck never felt better after yoga.

    Loved this class - my shoulders and back feel so much more open and relaxed. I really appreciate having the choice of these shorter, mostly mat-based classes for when I'm feeling tired or it's late at night and I haven't had the time or energy earlier in the day to do a more intense practice.     Definitely the best class I've found for release this area of the body. I have chronic pain in my left shoulder and for the first time I feel it totally liberated without a physioterapy session. You really are an amazing teacher, Thank you !
