totally agreed with others this is the best class by far I've found online to help with upper back & neck pain! thank you soooo much for a divine and juicy class !!!
Thank you!! Focus on your head position , especially if you spend lots of time in your phone or computer. Stretch the front line , do mfr for chest . Head is really heavy and when it is shifted forward upper back & neck have to work really hard to hold the head from falling, while the chest & abs get tight. Do the latest class for posture , it is really good. ❤️
Again and again, this class the fantastic. Something very different from the downdog, the updog and the sun salutations. Also a great morning practice. Highly recommended!

I really appreciate having the choice of these shorter, mostly mat-based classes for when I'm feeling tired or it's late at night and I haven't had the time or energy earlier in the day to do a more intense practice. Hi Kristina i tried this stretch routine came i already had right arm shoulder tension but came to know like the calf and hipbone area i have tensions too. Can you help in this further may be deep stretch for shoulders
