    This class is focussing 100% on hips and back
    tension. No sun sualutations, splits etc. It is also a nice easy morning yoga class. Good stuff !!

    I did not like this video at all half way through. I am in PT for hip and shoulder pain and the poses were not overly accessible. However I continued to complete the whole video and my hip/SI joint feel much more open. I will do this one again.

      Hi practice with power yoga playlist. They promote strength building & weight loss. But remember how you eat is the main thing. It’s supposed to support your training.

    Plz change angle . make video from front Angel. I often get confused which leg u are using and also move . I became really difficult to under stand. Rest all is good. Do change angle
