This is a very nice class and really worth doing. Losing weight and workout.... I am not sure if the title is entirely accurate. Plenty of forward folds and focus on the hamstrings plus as well a gentle start. Highly recommended!

my 5th time doing this workout and it's a lot for me, since I'm bored easily and It takes time for me to return to a workout. I do yoga 4 times a week mostly with you and another teacher on RUclips, but have other teachers here and there. so 5th time is a respectable number for me. 😊

I was supposed to do another class of yours, but clicked on this one and noticed only later haha But it was totally worth it. I usually do yoga about 30 min after I wake up and the gentle beginning was so good for the stiff spine. The frequent forward folds were also great for my spine and my stiff hamstrings.
ok I just finished this practice and wow this is a really heat building practice I'm sweaty and I know I worked my but off! Before I started this practice I figured it won't be so hard because it's just under an hour boy was I wrong. While it's more of a detox rather than an intense strengthening and lengthening like your other practices it builds alot if heat whereby burning calories. This is not for total beginners but for those who have a good grasp of the basic poses and of course for Intermediates and the advanced. There are alot of twists for detox so those with back issues and knee injuries just do what you can. I actually have a torn miniscus in my right knee and in need of surgery that I can't afford right now so with chair pose and the twist when kristina stoops down low I stay in twisted chair. A word of advice to total beginners it will be a great idea to take a couple physical classes in your area before doing any of these on youtube just for proper form and alignment. This is a fantastic class after a night of drinking or eating crap of anytime for that matter thanks again and ppl just do what you can and stay with the breath tap into the wisdom and that's how you advance in yoga.
Hi Kristina, walking on the mat I wanted to sweat and I sweated :))))) After this class I had this wonderful feeling that my whole body had been working - literally every inch of it...I call it pleasant fatigue :D The only inconvenience (but not related to the flow of course) was in my left hand- in my metacarpus to be exact. Unfortunately it aches when I'm doing upward facing dog, I don't know the reason behind it as I haven't changed anything in my manner of doing it :/ Have you ever experienced a similar sensation during your practice?
Katarzyna Bagińska hi, you may need to take a break from lots of chaturangas and anything that puts pressure. I got it a couple of times when I put on weight into the wrist without a warm up. But it mostly happened during my hiit workouts. Make sure to do your wrist stretches before starting your practice even if I dont offer it at the beginning of the practice. 🙏
You are my number One yoga teacher, but I wish you can minimize stopping and showing by moving your hands during practice. It always interrupts the flow. I have tried so many teachers , but you are my best...
Thank you! These classes are for all levels and it's very easy to do many even basic poses incorrectly. If you are experienced and know how the pose should be done just keep holding your pose and breathing) Namaste.
She is more into the relaxation yoga than doing the weight loss. Not happy.. plss go ahead and do yoga ..Only dogs poses doesn't go for vinyasa flow. Please take coaching

Loved the practice but was expecting more twisting since that’s typically what you find in a detox yoga class
My palms and knee really hurt doing this. will it go eneventually because I am unable to stay in the positions for that long ?
